아구아갈리엔테스가 워낙 작은 마을이긴 하지만 그 중에서 외곽입니다. 조식이나 룸 컨디션은 나쁘지 않지만 외풍이 심하고 하루살이들이 많이 들어옵니다. 따로 에프킬라가 준비되어 있지 않습니다.

새로지었으나 아무것도 없고 영업 준비가 덜 갖춰진듯. 기차역 픽업을 약속했으나 나오지 않았고 이에 대한 리셉션 직원들의 대응이 매우 미숙. 룸 카드키가 고장나 열쇠를 주었으나 이도 잘 작동되지 않아 문을 열때마다 고생. 방은 넓었지만 욕실은 작았고 비누트레이가 없고 샴푸만 두개를 지급하는 등 기본 아이템이 준비안된느낌(휴지통 비닐도 안벗겨져있고 수건이 새거여서 털이 날림). 방에서 와이파이가 안잡히고 조식도 부실함. 다만 침대가 푹신하고 따뜻한 물이 잘 나와서 좋았음.

Nice and cozy place to stay before travelling to MachuPicchu. Highly recommend it. Staffs were super friendly. When asked how to get to the bus station, they guided the way for us to the station and back. 저희 라면이랑 햇반먹으려고 난리 호들갑을 피웠는데도 웃는얼굴로 문닫은 식당주방까지 열고 들어가서 도와주었습니다! 정말 친절해요:)

The location was 5 min away from the bus and train station, rooms were big but the hotel was plain, not great amenities, simple buffet breakfast!

Es buena. Pero el baño mojo con el uso de la tina y fue un lío. No hacen limpieza a menos que lo pidas. Personal no es tan amable, no son groseros pero no se distinguen por tener una linda atención

I do not recommend this property. All three rooms my group booked smelled strongly of mold, with visible mold in the bathrooms and on the walls. Even worse, our room keys could open each other’s rooms — a serious safety concern. We raised these issues with the manager, who showed little interest in addressing them. We ended up checking out two days early due to the conditions, but the hotel refused any refund or compensation. I’m a seasoned traveler and not picky, but this was beyond acceptable. The property has potential, but guests should be warned about the current state and lack of basic standards for health and security.

The main disappointments were: no hot water; the hotel room key unlocked other hotel rooms; black mold detectable by sight and smell. Checked out two days early due to poor response from management about duly reported legitimate concerns about my personal health, safety, and comfort.

Decent rooms, okay and appropriate for one night stay in this town.

Great hotel with excellent staff, a convenient location, and very clean, neat rooms.

The hotel is very basic, room damp, breakfast very poor and staff not interested. No restaurant facilities, safe did not work, when asked to sort, didn’t!! Took 3 attempts to get key to room, view from room nothing like photo’s?? Not worth the money for the room, will be requesting a refund of some kind.

Quiet place, great breakfast. Watch out all room keys are same. Don’t leave any valuables in room. Anyone can use their keys to get into your room. We had couple walk into our room at midnight.

I love this hotel. It’s spacious, clean, and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very good people, I think to have little better shampoo will Help:). All other stuff are good. Most importantly People are nice! Thank you 🙏.
