Overall a good stay! great staff and helpful! plus is closeness to the city centre, mall road, we booked luxury rooms and had awesome forest and mountain view. Food is awesome. I recommend this.

After confirmation of booking from website, hotel called and said they are overbooked and cannot be accommodate us. They denied any help. Even on that the hotel representative who was calling said us to cancel it from my side and stopped taking up my call. Overall a very bad experience.
