조용하고 깨끗하고 온천하기에 좋은 숙소였습니다. 영어 잘하시는 분이 안내해주시고 저녁, 아침식사를 방에 차려주어 편안했습니다.

Felt amazing expierence, like i went back to 100 years ago, very traditional but cozy and clean comfortable!!! best accomodation ever!

처음 가본 료칸. 고가의 료칸이 부담되어 선택했던 료칸이지만 대단히 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들 모두 매우 친절하시고 지나가다 마주치면 항상 인사까지 해주십니다. 사실 한국도 예의를 중시하는 나라라 과도한 친절이 처음에는 조금 불편했지만 언제 이런 대접을 받나 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 리뷰사진보면 온천이 작아보이지만 실제로 보고 들어가보면 보이는것보다 넓습니다. 가이세키는 타 리뷰를보면 양이 적다는 말이 있지만 양은 성인 건장한 남성이 배부른 양입니다. 객실흡연 가능하고 시설은 오래되어 보이지만 낡았다기보다는 운치있고 매우 깨끗합니다. 생각하고 갔던것보다 너무 만족스러워 리뷰를 안쓸수가 없네요. 상대적으로 저렴한 료칸을 찾는다면 강추합니다. 사진은 가이세키 첫번째 코스요리고 이후 4코스까지 나옵니다.

음식이 너무 일본스러워서 부족함

밖에서 보았을때는 낡고 어두침침한게 딱 귀곡산장 느낌임..그러나 안에 들어가보면 의외로 관리가 꽤 잘 되어있는 숙소였음. 욕탕은 하루에 시간을 정해서 2개를 남녀 나눠쓰는 구조이고 씻는 곳이 방 안에는 아예 없어서 약간 불편했음(화장실이랑 샤워실도 분리되어 있음. 방 화장실 샤워실 다 따로 있는 구조). 저녁에 목욕할때 남자 탕은 찬물이 안 나와서 물이 굉장히 뜨거웠다고 하니 참고하시길... 그래도 씻고나서 몸이 보들보들하니 물 자체는 정말 좋은 거 같음. 부모님은 물 좋다고 다음날 새벽에도 일어나서 한번 더 씻고 오심ㅋㅋㅋ 프런트 분들은 대부분 영어가 가능하지만 방에 들어가서 식사를 준비해주시는 분들은 영어를 거의 못하시는 듯 했음, 우리 방에는 주인? 사장님? 으로 보이는 중년의 여성분이 챙겨주셨음. 번역기 열심히 돌리고 손짓발짓 하면서 소통했는데 엄청 친절하시고 잘 챙겨주셔서 감사했었음...! 그리고 이 숙소에서 가장 마음에 들었던 것은 식사!!!임 진짜 쌀밥 윤기가 자르르 흐르구요...반찬들도 예쁜 그릇에 예쁘게 담겨져 나와 눈도 즐거웠음. 대충 기억나는 건 전채요리-사시미-전골-생선구이랑 소바-밥-텐푸라-딸기 였는데, 진짜 잘 대접받고 온 느낌 나서 좋았음. 밥도 모자랄까봐 더 갖다주셨는데 미안해서 열심히 먹었을 정도ㅋㅋㅋ반찬 남길까 했는데 중간에 들어오신 여자사장님?께서 다 먹어야 그릇 치워주겠다고 하셔섴ㅋㅋㅋ굉장히 친근하게 대해줘서 좋았음. 아침도 정갈하고 맛있었음! 체크아웃할때도 하코네유모토까지 가는 방법도 알려주시고 짐도 문앞까지 들어다 주시고 서비스는 아주 만족함. 다만 주변 지역이 찻길이라서 건너기가 힘들었음..인도도 없어서 차도 가장자리로 다녀야해서 약간 위험..그래서 주변지역 점수가 낮음(근데 이건 호텔에 대한 불만족은 아님!) 전반적인 평가는 전통적인 료칸을 체험해보고 싶으면 추천한다! 특히 일본어가 약간 가능하신 분이라면 더 편하게 이것저것 서비스를 이용할 수 있을 것 같다

너무나 친절한 서비스와, 편안함!! 전통가옥의 정취 등 좋은시간 보내고 갑니다!! (한가지!! 온천물이 밤에는 너무 뜨거워서 들어가질 못할정도긴 했습니다!!)

Our assistant manager "Ayaka" was professional and kind. (Thank you Ayaka~!) The best merit of his ryokan is its traditionality. This ryokan's facilities could not that neater or refined than you expect. But if you want to feel japanese originality, this ryokan is one of the best option. And I stayed with my mother and 6 year-old son, they all were satisfied with great meals.

시설, 친절도, 음식 전부 만족했는데, 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다. 130년 된 오래된 시설이라 어쩔 수 없었다고 생각합니다. 그래도 직원분이 직접 잡아주셨고 친절했습니다.

숙박과 식사 모두 훌륭합니다. 가족온천도 따로 있습니다. 다만 화장실이 공용이어서 불편했습니다.

Very old traditional Ryokan. Beautiful garden/riverside views. We did not realize that there are no private baths - that was a big surprise but we were only there one night so it wasn't that problematic. Staff were very accommodating and Google Translate made communication very easy.

This was the exact authentic Japanese style experience I wanted. Everything from the decor to the clothes. Our room overlooked the river and was incredible to sit and watch while sipping tea.

Un’esperienza unica

Staying at Fukuzumiro felt like stepping back in time. This traditional ryokan, rich with history and charm, offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The kaiseki meals were exquisite—carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The onsen, both private and public, was serene and rejuvenating - the temperature was perfect. Akiko-さん’s kindness and attentiveness truly elevated my stay - she treated me with the most special care and I loved learning Japanese from her during my stay. I highly recommend staying at Fukuzumiro if you are in Hakone!

Everyone at the ryokan was very attentive to our needs. The dinner and breakfast in our room were outstanding. The private onsets were very clean but a little hot. After adding cold water, the onsens were very relaxing. Overall, we had a memorable experience!

Un séjour hors du temps dans ce superbe ryokan historique datant de 1890. Chambre belle et spacieuse avec vue magnifique sur la rivière, service prévenant et d’un grand raffinement, r Dîner et petit déjeuner traditionnels de grande classe, plusieurs onsen privatifs… tout était parfait ou presque …

So relaxing to b spend time in the hot spring bath. A wonderful way to start and end the day. Hostess Mail could not do enough t make my stay enjoyable

We had a truly memorable stay here. Beautiful setting and all very serene. Akiko san was our host for our visit, and she was fantastic at introducing some of the customs and etiquette associated with staying in a traditional Ryokan. I'd recommend that anyone considering this looks up the rules and etiquette for Ryokan stays first before booking. It's not for everyone. But if you're trying to immerse yourself in the culture of Japan, I think this is a must.
