Neat and clean.

Great hotel. Perfect to stop and break up the trip between Lake Waikaremoana, Mahia and then back to Napier. Double room unit, ideal for a family where kids require their own room. Had a good supplied kitchenette will all the required necessities.

Have stayed at this motel several times. Location is great but unfortunately our room had no carpet due to flooding, a bit disappointing but out of the owners control

We were able to check in early. The room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner helped keep the room nice and cool.

Let’s be fair the place could use an update but had a smooth (and somewhat funny) check in with a cool little 3-legged dog manning reception. Didn’t end up actually staying due to personal circumstance but from what I saw the place was in pretty good nick for what I paid. My studio was HUGE, beds felt comfy, staff were chill and friendly (we like chill) and a nice, quiet environment

They went out of their way to assist. They had our meal ready by the time we arrived as I had emailled them about restaurant closing time and was suggested I preorder. Very friendly

The property needs a huge upgrade and the cleaning was not that great. U pay for what u get. Got given milk that expired that day, some sugar in unit no tea or coffee, yet there was the unit for it to go in.

Due to cyclone damage around Wairoa, i think one has to commend them on getting back on track. Yes enjoyed my stay.
