This is an exceptional place. Extremely modern and clean and very close to the train station. The area is okay but kind of noisy. Luckily the superior windows blocked out the noise. The owners are accommodating as they do not live on the property. Communication with them was great. Would highly recommend.

Paid for street parking 8-20 for 2 days in one time walked to train 10 minutes to visit all 5 times and 2 hikes between 3 and 2 hours had dinner and late train back 2nd day took bus to Porto Venera swam did all high lights and came back on ferry Beautiful places and nice accommodations for a 3 night base

Clean and in a great location. 5 min walk to the train and plenty of street parking. We did move the car just walked everywhere. Will be back

Location to train station and wharf was excellent, with lots of eateries in between, the room was cosy and clean, and the hosts are very helpful.

Maria amd Bruno were very helpful getting me settled. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless and a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 25 minute stroll to the port and the ferries of Cinque Terre. I would stay here again.

The proprietor went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were available to answer and questions and to suggest best options to get around, convenient places to eat. Overall a pleasant experince, would recommend for a stay in Laspezia since it is very convenient to visit the surrounding areas like Cinque Terre and Porto Venere

A estadia foi muito boa! As instalações da acomodação sao excelentes em organização, conforto, limpeza e muito bom gosto e qualidade em roupas de cama e banho, bem como instalações. Se localuza a uns 300m da estação central de la spezia, de onde sai o trem para Cinque Terre. A gerente Maria Grazia é uma pessoa muito atenciosa, simpática e muito acolhedora.

Very nice little room in La Spezia. There is a bit of noise from the other rooms & surrounding apartments, but it didn't bother us very much. The hosts are great, contacting us via WhatsApp the day before we arrived.

The photos for this property don't do it justice! A really, really great place to stay in La Spezia. It's located in a very convenient area (~5min to the train station) which made it easy to travel around the area to Cinque Terre, but also only ~10-15min to get to the old town area and walk around. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby as well. And Maria, the host, was absolutely fantastic and so sweet. My friend accidentally left his airpods after we checked out, and she even shipped them to him which was the nicest. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to come back to La Spezia and stay here again!

Colors of Cinque Terre befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Wohngebäudes(Mit Aufzug)- nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof, dem Hafen und der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Zimmer war mit gut kommunizierten Codes ( WhatsApp in englischer Sprache) einfach möglich. Ausstattung: Doppelbett, Nachtisch, 2 Stühle ,…Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Spender mit Seife/ Shampoo; sehr sauber und farblich schön abgestimmt ( unser Zimmer: blau, Blick auf die Straße, Schall-isolieres Fenster) High Speed WIFI, sehr leise Aircondition; Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden, am Besten EASY Park-App vorab installieren! Parkgebühr MO-SA 8.30-20.30 0,75ct/h. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Cinque Terre Besichtig/-Wanderung-( …hier bitte unbedingt die Cinque Terre Website zu Sperrungen beachten und vorgeschriebenes Schuhwerk einpacken!)

5 min from train station, quiet, clean

Central location close to the train station, very easy to go to Cinque Terre. The appartment was spacious, very clean, a balcony was a plus.Outside was perfect during the day, I felt a little bit insecure after dark.
