리스본에 머무르는 동안 최고의 숙소였습니다. 넓고 편안한 침대는 물론, 인원에 맞춰 간이침대까지 세심하게 준비해주어 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 에그타르트를 제공해준 점도 인상적이었고, 조식에서는 따뜻한 계란 요리를 맛볼 수 있어 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 교통도 매우 편리해 이동이 수월했으며, 무엇보다 프런트와 조식 서비스 직원들을 포함해 제가 만난 모든 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 가격은 적지 않았지만, 그만큼의 가치가 충분히 느껴졌고 오래도록 기억에 남을 숙소였습니다.

호텔의 위치가 참 좋았습니다 리스본에서 여행하기 정말 좋은 위치였어요. 가격대비 중심가 호텔이어서, 넓지 않은 라운지와 좁은 식사 공간이라 좀 번잡함은 있습니다.

호텔 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 머물다 갑니다. 언젠가 다시 볼 수 있길 바래요 :)

My stay was disappointing. I booked a courtyard view but was “upgraded” to a city view room on the second floor, which put me as close as possible to the active construction site next door, where jackhammering and other loud work started around 7 am. There are also streetcars that run in front of the hotel that are pretty noisy. It ended up feeling more like some kind of penalty than an upgrade. The vent in my room made a loud rattling sound which the maintenance person tried to fix twice but kept coming back, which ended up being drowned out by the early morning construction next door anyway. Even my TV remote ran out of batteries that I went downstairs to have replaced. Far, far below my expectations for such a highly rated hotel. At least the bar and server downstairs were nice, as were the maintenance guy and front desk folks. I would avoid "City View" rooms especially as long as the construction next door is going on.

Hotel da Baixa is an excellent boutique hotel located in the heart of Lisbon’s old city. Walking distance to everywhere. Wonderful rooms. Wonderful ambiance. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location and near restaurants.

Hotel is really nice and in a good location to allow exploring. I did find the shower in my room to be a challenge to get in and out because of the glass shower door opens in instead of out therfore limiting the amount of space to get in. If you're a thick/large individual you may not be able to get in.

Wonderful, clean rooms with large bathroom. Delicious breakfast and cold drinks and coffee available at all times. Very helpful reception staff. Great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel da Baixa. It's a brilliant location and the staff were very helpful. We did the free walking tour with Pedro which was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

This was generally a disappointment at the end of our theee week trip. The room was TINY and we paid a premium price! In fact, the current rate at the time of check in was between 135 and 170 euros and we paid 350!!! What a huge difference. I really don’t understand why my price was so high booking just 30 days earlier. For that price we should ah e gotten a pretty spectacular room but it was clearly the bottom of the tier.. We asked for a late checkout and was denied unless we paid an additional 25 euros per hour fee. Facilty was decent and staff was pleasant but again, overall a big disappointment to end our trip. :-(

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Carolina and Gonzalo were especially outstanding, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. In general, everyone at the hotel was amazing, helpful, and always smiling, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. The rooms were on the small side but clean, modern, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast had many options and the bar was nice after a long day exploring the city. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel de Baixa is centrally located and close everything you need or want to see while visiting Lisbon.

Loved our three nights staying here. Room was great and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Great location except for the fact that non-electric cars can't drive on the street so you need instructions from the hotel how to reach the hotel by walking a short distance. Highly recommend this hotel.
