리스본에 머무르는 동안 최고의 숙소였습니다. 넓고 편안한 침대는 물론, 인원에 맞춰 간이침대까지 세심하게 준비해주어 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 에그타르트를 제공해준 점도 인상적이었고, 조식에서는 따뜻한 계란 요리를 맛볼 수 있어 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 교통도 매우 편리해 이동이 수월했으며, 무엇보다 프런트와 조식 서비스 직원들을 포함해 제가 만난 모든 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 가격은 적지 않았지만, 그만큼의 가치가 충분히 느껴졌고 오래도록 기억에 남을 숙소였습니다.

호텔의 위치가 참 좋았습니다 리스본에서 여행하기 정말 좋은 위치였어요. 가격대비 중심가 호텔이어서, 넓지 않은 라운지와 좁은 식사 공간이라 좀 번잡함은 있습니다.

호텔 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 머물다 갑니다. 언젠가 다시 볼 수 있길 바래요 :)

La atención. Los servicios, la alimentación, el room service, el restaurante, el personal recepción todo excelente. En una zona hermosa y bien ubicado. Excelente y recomendado.

My daughter & I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a perfect, central location which allowed us to make the most of our short visit. The lovely upgrade following our delayed arrival was very kind. Thank you x

Centrally located. Air system in rooms does not work well. For the price we paid I would not stay there again. Old and needs refreshing. Although we faced the street we had no view. There are better hotels.

Location is excellent as are the staff and general manager. There was construction in a neighboring building right outside our balcony that started at 8:30 am sounding like a jackhammer so sleeping in was not an option. We did complain to management and received a complimentary dinner in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and appreciated. Daily breakfast absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable with a hair straight iron which was a bonus. The complimentary 2 hour walking tour amazing! Highly recommend .

Hotel muito agradável já é a segunda vez que me hospedo lá. Café da manhã com ótima seleção e serviço bom. Quartos são amplos silenciosos e muito bem equipados.

It was our first time visiting Lisbon and I'm so glad we chose to stay at Hotel da Baixa. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff were great. Our room was wonderfully bright with high ceilings, a good sized bed and large bathroom. A special mention to Pedro for his outstanding hospitality and complimentary guided tour - an absolute must for first time visitors to this lovely city. The hotel itself is charming and centrally located for the many districts/areas to visit, all within walking distance or a short taxi/tram ride away. We will certainly be visiting again!

The hotel was clean, high end……and in the heart of everything. I was impressed with this hotel. Clean, classy and impressive. I’d be happy to stay there again.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the complimentary tour with Leonor on the day of our arrival—it was a wonderful introduction to Lisbon and really enhanced our overall experience. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit.

Would recommend

Loved the bathroom with its huge walk in shower, multiple shower heads, white marble, and double vanity sinks. They even provide you with a hair straightener! Breakfast was delicious. We took advantage of the complimentary walking tour led by Pedro, our very charming guest relations manager. Bed sheets and bed were very high quality. Overall, loved this hotel. Close to everything we wanted to see in our short 3-day visit!
