체크인시 직원과의 의사소통도 잘 되고, 위치도 데보드신전바로 앞이라 괜찮았어요 숙소도 아주 깨끗하고, 넓어서 편안했구요 식기와 주방도 깨끗했습니다 배정받은 방이 1층이라 그런지 바깥소리(차소리, 사람들 말소리)가 너무 크게 들리는 점이 불편했지만 그것들을 감안해도 좋은 숙소였어요 다만 4박의 긴 여정동안 수건교체나 하우스키핑이 추가 금액이 있다는 점은 보완되면 좋을것같습니다

스페인 광장에서 매우 가까와서, 시내 중심지인 솔광장과는 도보 20분 정도의 거리입니다. 매우 청결하고, 친절하고, 잘 관리되는 아파트먼트 호텔로서 부족함이 없었습니다. 또 품위가 있다는 느낌입니다. 스페인광장을 전면 리모델링 공사를 하느라 펜스로 길을 다 막아 놓아서 외출할 때 다소 불편했습니다. 톨세투어 모임장소와 아주 가까와서 좋았습니다.

투어 만남장소가 아침일찍 스페인광장쪽이라 일부러 이쪽으로 구했어요.다른 곳 걸어서 다니기에 위치는 좋지않아요.더워서 걸어다니 힘들어서요.방은 생각보다는 크지않았지만(다른 곳보단 커요)거실이랑 방 구분되어있고.침구도 주방도 깨끗합니다!!직원들친절하고~인테리어도 굿이에요~

가족여행을 너무 만족하는 숙소였습니다. 마트도 가까이 있어서 아침엔 빵, 하몽, 과일을 맘껏 사먹었어요!! 네스프레소 기계도 있어서 캡슐을 따로 사서 커피를 마셨어요! 위치도 마드리드 왕궁, 대성당, 스페인광장, 데보드 신전 전망대와 나무 가까웠고, 특히 숙소에서 정면으로 데보드 신전 전망대가 있는 공원이 보여서 아침마다 새소리를 들으며 일어났어요! 또 마드리드에 온다면 다시 묵을 거예요:)

가격대비 호텔보다 훨씬 안락하고 꺠끗한 집이에요~ 메인광장인 솔광장과 지하철로 2정거장 정도 거리라 멀지 않아 오가는데 힘들지 않았구요 응대해주시는 직원분들이 전부다 너무 친절하시고 잘 설명해주셔서 관광하는데도 큰 도움이 되었습니다 강추강추!!

리모델링한 지 얼마 안되어 굉장히 청결한 상태였고 위치도 좋았음. 똘레도 가는 버스도 플라자 드 에스파니아 앞에서(2분거리) 갈 수 있어서 다른 사람들이 터미널가는 시간을 줄여 주었음. 단, 하수구 냄새가 약간 나는 것이 흠.

Fabulous apartment, roomy with a separate lounge, well equipped kitchen. Great to have access to laundry. Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. I would stay again without hesitation.

El departamento está en una ubicación excelente, cerca de todo, Amplio, limpio y muy lindo. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Aussi impeccable que le premier. Emplacement idéal, logement lumineux, propre et confortable, décoration soignée, parties communes modernes et agréables, parking super pratique, tarif raisonnable au vu des prestations. Franchement top !

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en la propiedad y me encanta. La ubicación. Es tranquilo a pesar de estar tan cerca de todo. Es accesible y tiene un excelente servicio al cliente. Es exactamente como en las fotografías.

Our stay at Plaza España Skyline Apartments was decent but didn’t quite meet expectations for the price. The check-in took a while. The rooms were spacious and clean, which we appreciated, but the furnishings felt very basic and the lighting lacked warmth—it didn’t feel cozy or home-like. The location was also less convenient than we expected. It’s farther from many main attractions and involves quite a bit of walking, not as central as some reviews suggest. Concierge service was just average. Overall, it’s fine, but I’ve definitely stayed in much better apartments at a similar or even lower price point.

Incredible two bedroom two bath apartment which was perfect for family of 4 (2 adult and 2 teens). Very clean, good water pressure and location was perfect - minutes from all the major sites in Madrid. The washing machine/dryer is one per floor, it’s a common room and we didn’t have the best of luck in figuring out. Laundry seems to take longer with the machines in Europe compared to the US so keep that in mind if using and get guidance on how to use. You need your own detergent as well. Excellent Thai massage place down the street as well and reasonably priced. We would definitely return here again if we come back to Madrid!

Location is fantastic — right on the edge of the Centro District but just around the corner so it’s quieter and very accessible by car or transit. The front desk staff was thoroughly engaging, always friendly, and had many great recommendations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Perfect for a few days in Madrid!

Great apartment, spacious with very good sized bathrooms. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being en-suite. Everything that you would need. General areas delightful, the garden would be great to use in the summer. Staff very helpful. Location is fantastic, close to many of the main attractions.
