전반적으로 편안하고, 위치가 좋은 호텔이었다. 다만 방 청소가 항상 좀 덜되어 있다는 느낌을 받았고 (쓰레기, 머리카락을 치우다 만 흔적 등), 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되었다. 샤워실 내 수건걸이가 더 있다면 편리할 것 같고, 방 안에 슬리퍼를 놓아주면 좋을 것 같다.

침대가 높아서 걱정했지만 매트리스가 좋아서 잘 잤습니다. 밤늦게 와인이나 차를 마실 수 있는 공간과 베란다가 있어요. 위치는 트레비 분수에서 걸어서 5분거리이고 역에서는 좀 멀어요.

시설이 신축이고 침구 및 내부가 깨끗함. 주변역이 공사중이라 지하철은 스파냐역으로 10분이상 걸어야 함. 버스는 많음. 작은 마켓, 카페 등이 주변에 있고 안전해 보임. 스페인광장, 트레비 가까움. 직원이 상주하며 친절함.

깨끗, 편안, 안전한 호텔이었습니다 위치 걸어서 트레비분수, 지올리띠, 스페인광장, 콜로쎄오 가기 좋아요 직원분들 모두 친절하며 도착하자마자 지도를 펼쳐 주변 맛집과 뷰포인트, 쇼핑거리 추천 받았어요 매일 청소 깨끗이 해주시며 손편지를 써주시는데 그것마저 쁘띠쁘띠 합니다!!

지하철 역에서 아주 가까움(지금은 잠시 폐쇄) 왠만한 관광지까지 도보 가능하고 호텔 앞이 매우 번화가라 밤까지 걸어다녀도 안전함 정말정말 청결하고 직원들이 아주 친절함 흠잡을 것이 없음

Exellent location with nicely decorated rooms. Very good breakfast which is freshly made very morning for the guests. Staff was very friendly and offered local tips for food spots. Overall, I can highly recommend the stay in the hotel.

The first time the person in the reception.

The property was beautiful and John; who checked us in, was very accommodating and nice. My only problem was our room was right next to the office and we could hear everything that the night clerk was doing all night. That and the very hard pillows kept us up all night. Next time we come we’ll request a room not next to the office and bring our own pillows.

Beautifully maintained property with incredible ceilings, comfortable bed, great A/C in the middle of a heat wave, helpful staff, a marvelous roof deck and wonderful location. Highly recommend!

I recall that Lucio was very helpful during our stay, especially when we had to deal with the shower room leak on the 2 nights we stayed, we were offered a free breakfast in return for that inconvenience, thanks to the manager, Luisa

The location of the hotel was very convenient, but the property needs maintenance update, especially in the shower rooms, we stayed in 2 different rooms and had the same problem. We were offered an upgrade and free breakfast for the inconvenience. One member of the staff, Lucio ( can't remember the exact spelling ) was very helpful during our stay. Luisa was very nice to us too

O hotel é muito bom, funcionários simpáticos, o quarto é o banheiro são amplos, cama confortável. Cafe da manhã deixa a desejar, não tinha queijos frescos, nem frios, além de salame. O café era Nespresso e os sucos eram industrializados, mas o lugar é lindo, vista para a Praça Barberini. Outra coisa que faz falta é ter um restaurante no hotel. Mas, no todo eu gostei muito.

On arrival we had booked via the hotel a taxi, which due to the new customs and passport control, meant he could not wait for us ! We still got charged OK, understand that. The room we had did not have a phone so unable to contact reception staff, then the plug in the bath would not let the water escape, so a member of the reception did a temporary repair. We were then moved after a couple of days to a room which we had supposedly booked ? Which had only a shower, several light fixtures were broken and it just looked as though there was no care. Also we booked the hotel as it had a roof terrace and bar, on our first night we were told no bar, so no after dinner drinks for us. I’m just not sure they understood what was happening, so unfortunately I cannot give them a good review.

This is a very quaint and quiet boutique hotel overlooking a Bernini fountain in a lovely Piazza. Breakfast was included, and enough to last until dinner. It was served on a rooftop patio that was sunny and lovely. The roof was well appointed. It was a good location and a perfect choice to complement the hectic pace of Rome.

Oda genişti ve konumu güzeldi. Teras kullanılmadığı için akşam oturmak için kullanamadık. Batı kapalıydı. Odada bazı eksikleri vardı terlik gibi ama istediğinizde temin ettiler. Odalar arası ses geçişi çok, bu konuda hassas biri rahat edemeyebilir. Genel olarak iyi bir konaklamaydı.

Everyone was extremely helpful with everything we needed! It was centrally located and a beautiful place to stay! Daytime and night! Right in Palazzo Barberini! Metro stop, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, shops, etc just outside your door!!

Overall very good. Breakfast could have been better.
