전반적으로 편안하고, 위치가 좋은 호텔이었다. 다만 방 청소가 항상 좀 덜되어 있다는 느낌을 받았고 (쓰레기, 머리카락을 치우다 만 흔적 등), 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되었다. 샤워실 내 수건걸이가 더 있다면 편리할 것 같고, 방 안에 슬리퍼를 놓아주면 좋을 것 같다.

침대가 높아서 걱정했지만 매트리스가 좋아서 잘 잤습니다. 밤늦게 와인이나 차를 마실 수 있는 공간과 베란다가 있어요. 위치는 트레비 분수에서 걸어서 5분거리이고 역에서는 좀 멀어요.

시설이 신축이고 침구 및 내부가 깨끗함. 주변역이 공사중이라 지하철은 스파냐역으로 10분이상 걸어야 함. 버스는 많음. 작은 마켓, 카페 등이 주변에 있고 안전해 보임. 스페인광장, 트레비 가까움. 직원이 상주하며 친절함.

깨끗, 편안, 안전한 호텔이었습니다 위치 걸어서 트레비분수, 지올리띠, 스페인광장, 콜로쎄오 가기 좋아요 직원분들 모두 친절하며 도착하자마자 지도를 펼쳐 주변 맛집과 뷰포인트, 쇼핑거리 추천 받았어요 매일 청소 깨끗이 해주시며 손편지를 써주시는데 그것마저 쁘띠쁘띠 합니다!!

지하철 역에서 아주 가까움(지금은 잠시 폐쇄) 왠만한 관광지까지 도보 가능하고 호텔 앞이 매우 번화가라 밤까지 걸어다녀도 안전함 정말정말 청결하고 직원들이 아주 친절함 흠잡을 것이 없음

Lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location Super breakfast on the terrace. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Good to have the Metro so close and a great choice of restaurants nearby. All in all an amazing stay.

Das kleine Hotel liegt perfekt an einer Metrostation und diversen Geschäften und Restaurants, wobei ein Zimmer in höheren Stockwerken zu empfehlen ist für die Aussicht. Wenn man das Fenster schließt, ist es im Zimmer leise.

Palazzo Caruso is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Rome…close to so many monuments and sights. The staff, Jino and Louisa are the best…warm, friendly, caring and helpful. While we did not have breakfast in the hotel (we have in prior visits)….it is very fresh and plentiful. Our room was beautifully appointed and clean. It was very cold in Rome this January, but the Palazzo Caruso heating system was wonderful and kept us warm and cozy when in our room. Whenever in Roma….we will stay at the Palazzo Caruso on Barberini Piazza. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Eternal City.

Very clean and very roomy and had a special ‘closet’ to unfold two suitcases. Very convenient.

The room style and cleanliness, and the location were highlights of this hotel, which I had known based on my prior research and the description of others was accurate. However, if you have an adjoining room, you can hear everything coming from that room--television, full on conversations, etc. The other downside is that the hotel does not provide the typical creature-comforts of U.S. based hotels--no luggage service; no slippers/robe, no central lobby. It reminded me of an Air BNB or a stay at someone's home.
