체크인하는 곳이 다르지만 원활하게 할수있었고 짐도 맏길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 뷰는 딱히 없었지만 위치 좋고 넓고 지내기에 불편함이 없었습니다

시내 중심가에 위치해있으며 피카소박물관, 알카사바, 피카소생가박물관 등과 라주 가까움. 방은 조용하고 깨끗하며 기본적인 편의시설이 다 갖추어져있음. . 스마트폰 앱으로 무인 체크인/아웃 및 출입. 차량이 있는 경우 5분거리 공영주차장 이용필요(12시간~24시간 이용시 25유로 정도) 완전 추천.

War sehr zentral

We stayed in a duplex apartment that was very spacious. It’s in a great part of the town near the Picasso museum. The check in at the hotel was easy, and you should note there is about a 10 minute walk to the apartments from the hotel.

First of all, the hotel reception is very far from the place of residence, so any problem that may occur must be gone to the reception, for example, the apartment key did not open the outside door, so we had to go to the reception to activate the key again. The receptionist, whose name is Irina, is very, very bad in her dealings. She is not able to absorb the customer's anger. She must change her behavior because she is harming the hotel.

Wasserschaden im Bad und Küche

The only inconvenience is checking-in in one place and staying in the apartment which is actually closer to the action. Once you get past that initial walk from the hotel to the apartment (around 800 meters), you’ll be at a walking distance to dining, shopping… the Roman theatre you can actually see from your balcony. The staff was great, they really went beyond to accommodate our needs with our travel schedule. Great value over all.

it was spacious for my family, including 2 kids. the location of accomidation is also good, easily accessing to the city center.

You have to check in at a different hotel and then walk with your luggage over half a mile. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view, but the floor is damaged and there was no kitchen towel.

Great location and room size

Die Wohnung entsprach leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Bad roch nach Schimmel. Außerdem gab es Schimmel an der Decke. Der Schimmel hatte sich bereits auf das Sofa ausgebreitet. Darauf möchte man auf keinen Fall sitzen. Die Fotos hier haben uns einen anderen Eindruck vermittelt, als wir es vorgefunden haben. In diesem Haus gibt es wohl sehr unterschiedliche Wohnungen. Nicht alle sind so zur Straße hin ausgerichtet, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Unsere war lieblos eingerichtet und zum Innenhof hin. Dementsprechend dunkel war die Wohnung. Eigentlich hätte sie von uns nur einen Stern bekommen. Den zweiten Stern ausschließlich für den netten Herrn am Check-In, der unsere Situation verstand, uns sehr freundlich bediente und einen kompetenten Eindruck machte. Er organisierte uns ein Zimmer in einem Hotel der gleichen Kette. In der gebuchten Wohnung hätten wir nicht übernachtet. Wenn man ein anderes Apartment bekommt, wie die meisten Fotos hier auf Hotels.com, dann ist es wohl in Ordnung. Unser Apartment war es definitiv nicht.

Check in for the apartments is at a hotel which is a 10 minute walk away, so it's either an additional taxi or a walk in the sun with your luggage. Once there the apartment is quite nice, close to bars etc but tucked away so it's quiet. However, you open the curtains to look at the view and find you've got a perfect view of another apartments bedroom, and them yours. This means you end up closing the curtains so no natural daylight.

The instructions regarding cleaning at checkout was not understandable. What to do with the garbage bag, what to do with the dirty beddings and towels.

We tried to check in but were provided no instructions that we had to check in through another location. Some waiters from an adjoining restaurant helped us. The hotel blamed Expedia but we have been travelling all over Spain through Expedia and always the individual properties contacted us directly. This property did not.

Nice hotel. Expedia information was atrocious and resulted in spending over £35 extra in taxis and phone calls to sort out their shortcomings and finally get our room 4 hours after arrival. Book direct! I actually built one of the first online reservation systems and feel somewhat qualified to complain about their poor setup

La ubicación del apartamento is ideal. El piso no es como en las fotos y eso nos decepcionó mucho. No era muy limpio, habían manchas en el sofá y suciedad en el suelo del baño. Lo más top de este piso es la ubicación!!
