프론트데스크와 조식식당직원은 매우 친절함 조식은 간소하지만 충분히 맛있음 역에서 가까워서 편리함 1월 기준으로 야간에 추울수 있으므로 준비가 필요함 화장실 냄새가 약간 남 전반적으로 매우 만족하면서 지냄 :)

조식이 너무 초라합니다..

역과 가까워서 이동이 쉽지만 캐리어끌고가는데 다소 어려움. 아주 작은 엘리베이터로 짐을 옮겨야합니다(암호가 필요함) 오래된 역사적인곳이라 어느정도 감안해야함.

Services were excellent. They helped me park near the hotel in person.

I booked a QUAD ROOM explained as offering TWO queen sized beds. But they gave us a different room with only one queen bed and a sofa bed. They said Hotels.com website showed random pictures so we got the different room from what I have seen. And added that we are only three people family , they gave the smaller room even though I paid fully for the Quad room. How deceiving and rude! And the room was terribly in bad condition. When we first entered the room, the temperature on the airconditioner showed that 35°C which was 95°F and I asked how to turn it on. The owner said it is automatically on and and asked us if 35°C is ok with us!!! Of course we said no and asked 25°C and he called "some technician" and he said that the temperature can be adjusted "online"! The window did not close completely, the room was facing the nosiy street and the outer wall was under construction. You will hear cars honking, motorbikes brooming, and people shouting, singing and fighting even after 2am. And at 8am, the construction workers started hammering just to the wall of the room. Water spilled from the shower booth door and the card key did not work, but the reception is empty after evening, it was not easy to get help. We changed to another room next day, but it had the same problem with the shower, window, and the card key. I paid the city tax when checking out, but he didn't give me the receipt saying that he will send it by email, but of course he did not.

방이 굉장히 넓었습니다. 4인 가족이 각각 싱글베드에서 정말 넓직하게 잤습니다. 역에서는 매우 가까우나, 주변이 살짝 뒷골목 같은 느낌이었습니다. 그래도, 스탭들도 친절하고 조식도 괜찮았습니다.

위치, 직원 친절도 등 대체적으로 좋았으나 호텔 입구 찾기가 약간 어려웠고 샤워실에서 물이 밖으로 흘러나오는 것이 다소 불편하였음

Boa localização, por ser muito próxima a estação de trem e quarto confortável. O hotel fica em um andar específico de um prédio histórico.

We stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Europe, and this was our favorite. The hotel was small, the room was spacious, and we enjoyed the free breakfast which included eggs made to order. The bathroom was also spacious and allowed both my husband and me to get ready at the some time in there. The staff was friendly. There are also a number of restaurants available within walking distance, and the location of the hotel was very convenient and close to tourist sites.

Personalen jättehjälpsamma. Förvånansvärd bra frukost. Du få en omelett. Hissen upp till hotellet var dock läskig. Som tur är finns det trappor också. Snyggt badrum

Room was adequate and clean. I would have wished a desk. Staff were adequate. Breakfast serves was fine. My main complaint is the start at 7:30am is too late. I was there as a tourist and stayed for 6 nights. We have day tours booked that required us to be at the meeting place by 8am or earlier which meant we had to leave at 7:30am. We had to miss 3 out of 6 breakfast which was why we booked at La Scala for Free Breakfast. Location was excellent. It is a 5-10 min walk to the train station and tram to the airport. Everything else including the key Florence sites are 10-15 minutes away by foot. There's restaurants close by but there are so many restaurants within 10 min walk.

Nice place. 5 minute walk from S M Novella train station. Easy walk to many Florence sights. Convenient to bud and trams. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent and the people that worked in there were very pleasant! You are within walking distance to all the important sites,restaurants and of course the train station.

This place is a real gem in Florence. My family felt very safe with the setup. The location is conveniently located near the train station and great eateries. We never ran out of food options only a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was also good and they had cappuccinos, freshly baked breads, fresh omelets, juice, deli meats and cheese. Staff really works hard to make sure you are happy and that’s what we were looking for in a hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Florence.

Staff were great, packed us a take out breakfast when we had to leave early for tours, location was great!
