The stay was cancelled on the day itself! Worst CondoDeal ever! Very unprofessional and unacceptable. This should not be included in traveloka as this will ruin your brand image.

Our experience at condodeal tower c (as follows): 1. Management/preparation: the guide "maris" is not helpful at all. She/they didn't prepare the docs needed beforehand (even after we gave out our voucher/id, as a part of compliance), w/c made us wait for roughly 1 hour. She didn't return the 50 php change for the pool pass that we paid earlier too, because she's not in the area anymore. She had the audacity to charge us 200/hour if we check out after 12 noon even though we already talked to the staff who said it's okay, since we're still preparing to leave. 2. Guards are not helpful, they kept pointing us in wrong directions (another waste of time!). 3. Pool - the rules told us that we can use the pool as long as we pay 150 php, so we're willing to comply, but they didn't agree on giving out the voucher as first. At the end, they did agree, but we were able to use it for 1 hour only since it's already around 8:50 pm (curfew is only until 10 pm). 4. Room only has 2 towels (we clearly booked a room good for 3 pax). P.s. I've been using app for quite sometime (local/international), unfortunately, this is my first disappointing experience too!

Nice but the wifi connection usually times out

No soap and shampoo... the room is just basic.. too expensive for the price.. Internet connection is too weak. Data is much faster.. This is not a good to stay for a vacation...

The room is not available, and the owner asked me if I want to be transfer to the other unit. Unfortunately, the other room has no TV, WIFI and no hot shower, so we requested to be transferred to another unit. Gladly, we were able to transfer at SHELL Residences.

parking is hassle. we booked a unit with balcony but when we got there the room has no balcony. bathroom door has no door knob. swimming rate is good only for a day not the time when you check-in. If you wanted to swim again in the morning, it will be another charge.
