처음 체크인 할때 저녁에 리셉션에 계시던 분의 착오로 이전에 메일로 안내받은 방을 받지 못했습니다. 이 호텔은 3층까지만 리노베이션이 되어있고, 4층부터는 매우 오래되고 더러운 방이 있습니다. 저는 그전에 메일로 3층의 스트릿 사이드 방을 받기로 되어 있었으나 4층의 방을 받았습니다. 그방은 금연방임에도 불구하고 냄새나고 매우 더러웠습니다. 제가 체크인 할 당시에 제 뒤에 3팀 정도의 백인 손님이 추가로 체크인 하는걸 보았고, 저는 리셉션에 가서 방을 잘못준거 같으니 바꿔달라고 하였지만 풀북이라 방을 못바꿔 준다고 하였습니다. 담당자는 다음날이 되어봐야 어떤방으로 바꿔줄수 있는지 말해줄수 있다고 하였고, 저는 다음날 오후가 되서야 뷰가 없는 코치사이드의 3층 방을 받을 수 있었습니다. 3층과 4층의 객실 청결, 노후화 차이는 엄청납니다. 같은 값을 주고 이렇게 다른 퀄리티의 방을 이용해야 한다면 저는 다시는 이 호텔을 찾지 않을 것입니다. 체크인 할 당시에 계시던 분 말고는, 낮과 밤에 일하시는 모든 분들은 친절했습니다. 봉마르쉐 백화점과 뤽상브루, 생제르망 거리에서 가까우나 체크인 당시 생겼던 문제 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하기는 어렵습니다. 또한 화잘실 배수가 잘 되지 않으며 청소 담당자도 제대로 청소를 하지 않습니다.

Perfectly located in a quiet area of St Germain. Nice, small and clean hotel. Great area restaurant and bakeries. Just what we wanted.

Cute little hotel close to a couple metro stations, many restaurants and bakeries, as well as a laundromat. We walked to most of our tourist attractions to really see the city. The front desk is open 24 hours and the staff are very friendly. The only thing I found odd was you have to return your physical room key when you leave and then get it back upon your return. We didn’t try their breakfast because it was quite pricey.

エアコンが利用できなかったのが、残念。ただ、その旨スタッフに告げると、ダイソンの扇風機を貸してくれた。

Location of the hotel was excellent. Situated on a quiet street you could not hear noises in the nighttime. There are bakeries, cafes and restaurants all within a two block radius. It is also a steps from Le Bon Marche and La Grand Epicerie. That said our room was very small - a double room is better suited for one person, not two. And there wasn’t a fridge and it would have been great to have one for juice, fruit and yogurt from the market. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned and made up daily.

The hotel staff has been very helpful and the location of the hotel is optimal. The only thing I find strange was the odd smell in the bathroom even when we didn’t use it and everything was flushed. Hopefully, this will get fixed if there was any leaking underneath the bathroom floor. Nevertheless, this is a great hotel to stay in.

Shop restaurant and bakery all over around

Great location and friendly staff. The room was only ok (stains on the carpet, mildew in the shower), but you get what you pay for. It was a great price for the location.

We loved our short stay. We found the absolute BEST BOULANGERIE-PATISSERIE-TRAITEUR around the corner and there were places within walking distance to eat. It sort of off the beaten path but it was fine. Would definitely stay again!

A very convenient hotel close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Room is a typically small Paris room but comfortable. Offers breakfast for a fee. Excellent English speaking staff.

We were nicely treated at this hotel. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the location is quite good. We did not have breakfast.

Great location and friendly staff

Breakfasts was not really good and felt expensive, also we were charged with “city tax” which was not included in the beginning.

The rooms are small but clean and the beds are comfortable. The shower in a double room is very small and could be challenging for anyone with mobility or balance issues. Lots of cafes in the immediate area. Great location. Staff is fabulous!
