처음 체크인 할때 저녁에 리셉션에 계시던 분의 착오로 이전에 메일로 안내받은 방을 받지 못했습니다. 이 호텔은 3층까지만 리노베이션이 되어있고, 4층부터는 매우 오래되고 더러운 방이 있습니다. 저는 그전에 메일로 3층의 스트릿 사이드 방을 받기로 되어 있었으나 4층의 방을 받았습니다. 그방은 금연방임에도 불구하고 냄새나고 매우 더러웠습니다. 제가 체크인 할 당시에 제 뒤에 3팀 정도의 백인 손님이 추가로 체크인 하는걸 보았고, 저는 리셉션에 가서 방을 잘못준거 같으니 바꿔달라고 하였지만 풀북이라 방을 못바꿔 준다고 하였습니다. 담당자는 다음날이 되어봐야 어떤방으로 바꿔줄수 있는지 말해줄수 있다고 하였고, 저는 다음날 오후가 되서야 뷰가 없는 코치사이드의 3층 방을 받을 수 있었습니다. 3층과 4층의 객실 청결, 노후화 차이는 엄청납니다. 같은 값을 주고 이렇게 다른 퀄리티의 방을 이용해야 한다면 저는 다시는 이 호텔을 찾지 않을 것입니다. 체크인 할 당시에 계시던 분 말고는, 낮과 밤에 일하시는 모든 분들은 친절했습니다. 봉마르쉐 백화점과 뤽상브루, 생제르망 거리에서 가까우나 체크인 당시 생겼던 문제 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하기는 어렵습니다. 또한 화잘실 배수가 잘 되지 않으며 청소 담당자도 제대로 청소를 하지 않습니다.

Very nice hotel

Hotel bastante charmoso, com uma localização fantástica, próximo a estações de metrô e com um comércio bastante diversificado próximo. Porém, o hotel necessita de atenção com a limpeza dos banheiros. Ficamos uma semana inteira e em um dos dias não tinham toalhas de banho nos apartamentos (estávamos com 2). Só foram disponibilizadas toalhas de rosto, inclusive para banho. Ao questionarmos na recepção, o atendente nos afirmou que aquela era a toalha de banho regular do hotel (como se não tivéssemos usado toalhas normais nos dias anteriores). Além disso, um dos quartos não foi arrumado todos os dias. Os quartos são bem pequenos. Mas o hotel é bastante silencioso e a localização é o seu ponto forte.

We loved everything about this hotel. We will be coming back! Staff great, location excellent. Groceries and food, pharmacy and shops everywhere, metro close. Get the apartment, esp if traveling with kids. Parents in separate area of apt.

Great cheap stay in the 6th, whisch is a fantastic hub. AC works good! No issues. Room could use a new paint job, lots of luggage traffic marks.

The location was amazing, close to 2 metro lines and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We got the apartment with 2 bedrooms and loved having extra space. The only downside was the only AC machine was at the entrance and not in the bedrooms, which meant the bedrooms got quite hot during the day especially since we went during the crazy heatwave where it was 39C. We ended up spending most of the time in the living room and at night kept the doors open in hopes the cool air can get in. Overall though we were very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is situated at a very good location and every amenity is available . I wish they had bigger shower cubicles but It is Paris so never mind . :)

Sehr gut gelegen, viele Restaurants und Bistros in der Nähe. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. 3 different metro lines nearby. Restaurants close. Quiet street.

Excellent helpful staff, clean rooms, great location close to shops, cafes, metro stations, quiet and safe.

The men that work the eveing shift either did not no much about anything around the hotel or where just being parisians. Everytime we asked where something was or how to get somewhere they did not know. They make you leave your key to the room at the front desk eveytime you leave and twice we came back to the hotel we had to wait for someone to come back. We where there for a 6 night stay, I would go down every morning for coffee and without saying anything they charged me 2.50 euro a day for a cup of coffee. Which is fine but they should of told me. All in all it's is a nice,clean hotel.

The hotel was a charming older property. The lobby area was very pleasant place to sit. Good walking area away from crowded central area. Small grocery nearby for water or snacks. AC was good and the large windows open for nice fresh air if you like. Staff were helpful and tried their best with English for us.
