처음 체크인 할때 저녁에 리셉션에 계시던 분의 착오로 이전에 메일로 안내받은 방을 받지 못했습니다. 이 호텔은 3층까지만 리노베이션이 되어있고, 4층부터는 매우 오래되고 더러운 방이 있습니다. 저는 그전에 메일로 3층의 스트릿 사이드 방을 받기로 되어 있었으나 4층의 방을 받았습니다. 그방은 금연방임에도 불구하고 냄새나고 매우 더러웠습니다. 제가 체크인 할 당시에 제 뒤에 3팀 정도의 백인 손님이 추가로 체크인 하는걸 보았고, 저는 리셉션에 가서 방을 잘못준거 같으니 바꿔달라고 하였지만 풀북이라 방을 못바꿔 준다고 하였습니다. 담당자는 다음날이 되어봐야 어떤방으로 바꿔줄수 있는지 말해줄수 있다고 하였고, 저는 다음날 오후가 되서야 뷰가 없는 코치사이드의 3층 방을 받을 수 있었습니다. 3층과 4층의 객실 청결, 노후화 차이는 엄청납니다. 같은 값을 주고 이렇게 다른 퀄리티의 방을 이용해야 한다면 저는 다시는 이 호텔을 찾지 않을 것입니다. 체크인 할 당시에 계시던 분 말고는, 낮과 밤에 일하시는 모든 분들은 친절했습니다. 봉마르쉐 백화점과 뤽상브루, 생제르망 거리에서 가까우나 체크인 당시 생겼던 문제 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하기는 어렵습니다. 또한 화잘실 배수가 잘 되지 않으며 청소 담당자도 제대로 청소를 하지 않습니다.

Very nice hotel

Very friendly staff, quieter area off Boulevard St. Germaine. We just walked everywhere and found plenty of dining nearby.

I enjoyed the property with just a few exceptions. No hot pots in rooms for coffee, my particular roomed smelled like tobacco which led me to ask for room spray which didn’t do much and the walls are pretty thin so you hear everything in the room next to you. Good things were the water was good and hot the air conditioning worked very well and the windows opened nicely and beds were comfortable. The staff we had was nice.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Paris, only a 5mn walk from St Placide metro stop, plenty of dining options within walking distance. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

This hotel and the staff were excellent. I adored the front desk staff Savion, Leticia, Helen etc., they were so kind and helpful. They made me feel like I was a special guest. The rooms are clean and when I needed extra blankets the staff attended to my needs very quickly. The area is beautiful. I live in Beverly Hills so I’m used to beautiful streets. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. I will stay there again and again. I absolutely loved this hotel.

I truly loved this hotel. The hotel staff during the day were so great to help us. The hotel room was clean and in a great area. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The morning staffs were helpful. The hotel manager,Amandine was very pleasant. Emailed me after check in to make sure we are fine. The location is great, easy access to thw metro. Although the male night conceirge was a stand offish to us in several occasion but

This hotel was adorable! We love the old fashioned feel, even the key to the door. The bed was comfortable and the staff was kind. We loved that we could easily walk everywhere and wished we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities and staff are very good. Our bathroom didn't have a window or ventilation and smelt very damp. The grouting was covered in black mildew and would have benefited from a thorough scrubbing.

Wonderful hotel, amazing location to St. Placide, great front desk, staffed at all hours. Just wonderful experience. Thank you so much for making Paris special.

Best location for sightseeing in Paris, great restaurants, shopping and markets to choose from. If we return to Paris, I will opt to stay here again.
