It was a hotel where I stayed for a while on the way from Vienna to Zell am See. The room was spacious and clean, the price was reasonable, the surroundings were quiet and the staff were friendly.

The people were very nice, and the property was clean but very 1980s. There is a restaurant, but only for breakfast. The towels were threadbare, and they only have housekeeping every two days. Aircon is only on floors 4/5.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were passing through the region by train and made a stopover in Bruck and had booked the hotel in advance. We were very pleasantly surprised over the great service and friendliness we were met with. The view was great from the spacious room no 53 which was on the top floor with panoramic view. We also used the little wellness section. Please remember to ask the reception to switch both the little sauna and the steam room on. Breakfast buffet was fresh and included the normal foods. As the restaurant was not operating at the evening we were guided to a nearby restyrant Riegler that had a romantic terrasse and served real homecooked fresh food together with local wines. We walked from and to the train station which was a nice walk of aprox 15 min. The hotel is not new and has a scratch here and there but in general a good deal.

Super Lage und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht und sehr bequemen Bett. In der Garage gibt es Fahrradabstellplätze, mit direktem Zugang zur Lobby.

Peaceful, quiet, excellend customer service, nice city center really near. Good parking.

War gut, super Empfang auch gute Essensempfehlung ausserhalb in einem Gasthof. 4 Minuten zum Laufen. Aber hätten auch Terasse und Bar. Schade.

Restaurant and bar closed in the evening which makes it a rather quiet place. Needed to go into twon for dinner.

Heute früh 06.12 Nikolaus Tag, stand eine kleine Überraschung vor der Zimmertüre. Sehr aufmerksam. Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr nett und freundlich.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous view. The staff was very friendly. I also loved the architecture of the building with a fabulous Terraza.

Friendly staff. Good location. Hotel felt a little dated, no air conditioning and missed a kettle in the room. Nice breakfast.

Very good location, near the center of Bruck. Nice and friendly staff, bike parking in the hotel parking. Large, spacious room, comfortable bed. Separately toilet cabin and bathroom. Clean room and bathroom, but the toilet basin had a bad smell caused by superficial cleaning. Prepared breakfast-pack on request.
