새로 생긴 호텔이구요 위치는 차가 없으면 가기 힘듭니다. 주변에 아무것도 없고 음료나 먹을거리는 호텔 가기전에 장 보고 가시는걸 추천합니다 시설은 매우 깨끗하나 패밀리룸을 예약하면 수영장 뷰가 아니고 그냥 리조트 뷰 방 밖에 없다고 합니다 아이가 있는 가족은 추천해요 수영장도 아이 전용이 실내외로 있고 놀아주는 직원도 잘 놀아줘요 트램펄린 놀이터도 있고 회전목마도 있어요!! 아침식사는 주변에 뭐 먹을데가 없어서 필수지만 먹을거리는 다양성이 부족합니다 신트라 호카곶 등은 차로 가까워요 그리고 수영장에서 보는 석양이 무척 아름답습니다 전반적으로 좋은데 위치가 너무 벌판 한가운데에요 ㅎㅎㅎ

Ein 5 Sterne Hotel trifft auf den vorgefunden en sozialistischen Betonbau nicht ganz zu. Es fanden überall Bauarbeiten inkl Gerüste auch neben unserem Balkon statt. Die Geräusche des Presslufthammers ließen uns bereits morgens die Flucht ergreifen. Am Abend mussten wir feststellen, dass die Aussenpools teilweise geleert wurden und Reparaturmassnahmen stattfanden. Am 2. Tag wurde sogar die Lobby teilweise gesperrt und teilweise Fliesen aus dem Boden geschlagen. Warum werden solche Arbeiten nicht im Winter durchgeführt ?Auch war das Frühstück sehr spartanisch. Jedoch waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Zimmerwände waren extrem hellhörig, sodass wir auch in der Nacht von Babygeschrei beglückt wurden. Ein 5 Sternehotel sieht sicherlich anders aus. Von Ruhe und Erholung keine Spur.

Large facility with multiple places to spend time. Very good for families.

This was an absolutely magnificent hotel. Lots of fun things for the kids and adults as well. Service was a bit slow at the outside area but life moves at a different pace in Portugal. I would highly recommend this amazing hotel

Café da manhã maravilhoso, com direito a espumante. Estava tendo algumas obras, mas não nos atrapalhou em nada, nem barulho teve. Atendentes ótimos, piscinas e spa maravilhoso. A única sugestão é deixar a área do spa aberta até pouco mais tarde, 19/30 é cedo pra o horário local. Tá bem calor e calor.

The hotel is great, clean and spacious. The only issue that the breakfast was very moderate, little choice of non-sweet food.

Atendimento dos restaurantes um pouco complicado. De resto, ótimo hotel.

Majority of facilities - kids pool, play areas - closed without warning. Which sortof ruined out stay with young children. Dozens of minor inconveniences: the need to enter your passport details (!) to see the room service menu, the fact that getting into the indoor pool is more admin than boarding a domestic flight, the refusal to replenish bottled water, the fact the Do Not Disturb sign is each day hidden rather than left on the door handle interior, the poor quality food in the bar, the inattentiveness and unconcerned attitude of staff.. Smashed glass (bauble from Christmas tree) left on the floor in the lobby…. being told we weren’t permitted to eat at specific tables in the lobby, next to the bar which servces food.. all of which add up to a poor experience. We did complain and were offered a sad plate of pre-cut pineapple in sellophane as an apology.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie en schone kamers met een prachtig uitzicht. Het overdekt zwembad was open, met een kleine sauna, stoomkamer en whirlpool. We hebben genoten van een massage in de spa, de kaper was geopend net zoals de gameroom en de filmzaal. Het is een groot hotel en het was er nu vrij rustig

Adoramos o hotel, mas a piscina infantil estava interditada e cobravam 10 euros a hora pelo simples uso da quadra, o que achei um absurdo.

Hotel pour les familles mais trop bruyant pour les couples seuls. Piscine couverte un vrai poulailler trop de monde.
