리모델링되서 깨끗한 호텔. 3성급이라고하기에는 냉장고가 없고 너무 비좁아서 일본호텔온 느낌. 카운터에서 방문 시 영어 의사소통이 불가능하였음. 다시 방문하고싶지 않음

엘레베이터가 있어서 편했어요. 그렇지만 방 크기가 매우 작고 방이 다닥다닥 붙어있어 방음이 거의 안되는 점이 아쉬웠습니다

가족이 운영하는 따듯한 호텔 :) 친절하고 왠지모르게 나까지 가족이 된 듯한 기분 !

This hotel is very cozy and comfortable hotel to stay!

Die Lage war gut, nächste Ubahn-Station 5 min (Linie 2 zwischen Flughafen und Hafen) und zum Strand 10 min, Hauptbahnhof 20 min. Frühstück war auch gut und sauber zubereitet. Positiv war auch die Klimaanlage die hat hervorragend funktioniert - Kühling auf 16 Grad ganztägig. Eher negativ war die Lautstärke im Gang, das Schließen der alten Türen der umliegenden Zimmer hörte man schon immer und das Zimmer (107) hat keine Schallisolierung (Verkehr hielt sich in Grenzen da Nebenstraße)

Charming hotel in a fantastic part of Paris. On a pedestrian street with cafes, bakery, ATM, grocery store and close to several metro stops. Rooms are small but the location more than makes up for it. I will stay here again!

Clean, good AC and good location close ro the promenade.

Nice AC. Room was a little small. The staff were friendly and phenomenal people

The hotel was clean and functional. The bed was uncomfortable and the towels were a little rough and kind of gray looking. Knowing what I know now, I'd take the money ($2300 for 6 nights) and stay in Old Nice. I know we stayed here over Grand Prix weekend (which we didn't attend) but $450 a night is overpriced for what you get.

Great: location Bad: no AC in my room. Fine: clean, and bed okay. So the location is within a 5 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and all the touristy little places around there. There was no AC in my room. There's a remote control for the supposed AC, it shows the temperature is at 21 degrees Celsius, lol. It's set to Auto. I put it down to 20 degrees. It makes no difference. In the morning, I came out into the hallway: the hallway was slightly cooler. I came OUTSIDE, into the street: significantly cooler. It was 24 degrees Celsius outside that morning at 7.30am. So believe me, there was NO air conditioning in that room. None whatsoever. Oh, the window does open, but it has no screen so it's not a real option.

Great location, good breakfast and excellent staff. Perfect stay for few days with very good air condition. Make sure to get a superior room to fit comfortably especially if you have big luggages…

Great place to stay. 2 min walk from the beach, 15 min walk from Old Town. Staff are kind and attentive. Free croissants and water occasionally too!

Plusieurs problèmes, être obligé de tourner 20 mn pour trouver une place pour déposer les bagages car il n'y a pas d'arrêt minutes devant l'hôtel, mais le pire mal insonorisé et mal dormi

Accueil chaleureux et courtois . Personnel dévoué et sympathique. Chambre très propre et calme. Merci !

阳台房比无阳台房宽敞一些。双人床，不大。地段优越，步行去海边只需3分钟。去其他市中心都很近。
