We booked that accommodation for leisure and we want to use the pool. When we arrived on the property they don’t manage to provide us the needed documents for us to access the pool and we need to keep on calling them with that and also the wifi is not working and also the stove and oven. Since we cannot use the stove we just order foods from restaurant instead to cook for ourselves
