숙소는 일반적 호텔같은 편안함 보다는 외국느낌의 숙박시설 나쁘진 않았습니다~ 리셉셔니스트가 중국분이었는데 친절하지는 않았는데 왠지 주인같이보이진 않아 평가하기는 뭐하고 다음날아침 식사하러갔는 그분이야 말로 주인같아보였음 엄청친절하시고 식사도 매우훌륭했습니다~ 맛도있고 무료아침식사먹고 팁놓고 나오기는 처음 ;;;,

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude. Man fühlt sich in die viktorianische Zeit zurück versetzt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Allerdings gibt es keinen Aufzug. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock und mussten viele Stufen nach oben steigen. Das Stadtzentrum von Victoria ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt aber auch eine sehr gute Busverbindung.

Staff - manager and owner were very pleasant and helpful during stay. Room was clean and quiet except the bed which was very creaky and noisy with just simple movement in and out of bed and not terrible comfortable (needs a memory foam topper). Breakfast was delicious and with little notice was able to be served earlier than normal to accommodate our schedule. Generally very happy with stay although would prefer a more comfortable quieter bed to get a better sleep.

Rachel war total lieb und zuvorkommend! Die Unterkunft ist echt etwas besonderes und das Frühstück richtig reichhaltig! Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber mit den Öffentlichen ist man super schnell Downtown.

Beautiful place and excellent service

Breakfast and service were lovely but the room really needed a deep clean. Curtains were very very dusty (visibly) and some items needed repair or updating (broken shade on lamp). Little things. I love a Victorian bnb but keeping it clean and in good repair is so important.

Gorgeous Victorian building with Victorian furniture in the guest rooms and common areas. Comfortable and gracious. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff.

Where to start... One of the mugs in the room was cracked and leaked hot water everywhere. The layout of the room was terrible - not enough room for the bed with the huge armoire, and the fridge was in the bathroom?? Never seen that before. The coded lock was broken - very finicky with both the digital code and the physical key. The walls are extremely thin - every time another suite used water, it sounded like it was right in our room (which woke us up several times). Worst of all, construction was being done directly above our suite (electrical saw, drill, metal grinder, all very loud). This started just after check in when we were trying to unpack and relax a bit before the wedding we were going to, and then they started again the next morning (Sunday) at 8am! The carpet was also disgusting and smelled bad, and there was a dirty tissue left beside the bed before we checked in. Overall extremely disappointed, big waste of money. Didn't even bother going for the included breakfast in the morning, just got out of there ASAP.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.
