호텔은 상태와 서비스는 만족합니다. 다만, 호텔의 데스크와 실제 호텔간의 거리가 꽤 있으며 오르막이 있어서 아이들을 데리고 가기에 힘듭니다. 대신 바티칸을 목적으로 한다면 최고의 위치입니다. 바티칸 정문 바로 길건너입니다. 하지만 그 외엔 음식점을 먹으러 내려왔다갔다하는부분과 지하철역이 멀어서 불편합니다. 우리는 데스크가 호텔의 실제 위치인줄 알았습니다.

Thia is a cute Boutique Hotel tucked into a quite residential street within easy walking distance to Vatican City.

The hotel is in a very nice location and rooms itself are super clean. The area is very safe at night and they are very accommodating for your requests.

Wonderful stay!! Only stayed for two night but wished we had been able to stay longer. Receptionist went out of her way to help us get from the cruise port to her hotel. Upon arrival, she gave us some insight as to the area and gave us some recommendations for dinning- which were delicious! Anca - the receptionist- also booked us our airport transportation. Overall, our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend- and definitely order their room service breakfast- best croissants and lattes!!

La posizione dell’hotel è semplicemente impareggiabile! Anca ci ha accolti con una gentilezza e un’attenzione davvero fuori dal comune, qualità che non hanno prezzo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e gliene siamo immensamente grati. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare e che consigliamo a tutti senza esitazione.

This is a no-frills hotel, but it offers everything you could want for a smooth, hassle-free vacation. We especially appreciated how clean the property was the quiet atmosphere. Reception operates only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., but we were provided with a code to access the main entrance at any time. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous, adding to the welcoming vibe. A special shout-out and thank you to the lovely reception team of Anca and Daniele.  We had a light breakfast of coffee and a croissant daily, which is perfect if you want to sleep in yet still want a quick bite before heading out. I also loved that housekeeping cleaned our room whenever we removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. This is a thoughtful touch often missing from larger hotels where room cleaning is usually once in 3 days or on request, especially in NA. Eccelso is located in a residential neighborhood, which makes it feel even more homely. Just across the street, there's a pharmacy and many excellent, reasonably priced dining options, and a taxi stand. The metro is only a 5-min walk away, a convenience store is just around the corner. Plus, Via Ottaviano offers great shopping. We chose Eccelso because it's a 5-min walk from the Vatican since we were visiting Rome for the Jubilee Year. But we will surely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Rome.

We appreciated the vicinity to vatican city as that was where we wanted to spend our free day before flying home. There were many restaurants close by and a light breakfast was also provided for a small fee. We appreciated the large bathroom and the space in the room to accommodate two large suitcases. AC worked great and the hotel was overall quiet and comfortable.

Pros - near everything. Walk to Vatican and many restaurants. Wonderful staff, very clean room, super comfortable bed. Only minor issues was limited counter space in bathroom and a little challenging to find due to limited street signage in Rome. Would highly recommend for price!

My stay lasted two days, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, the amenities were excellent, and the hotel’s convenient location near the station made things so easy. On top of that, having supermarkets and great restaurants nearby was a huge bonus! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Firenze.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay my first night in Rome! Anca was very helpful and even leading up to my trip, she responded to emails quickly. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Fantastic little hotel by the Vatican. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and inviting. Would definitely recommend if visiting Rome.

I really appreciated the staffs care in answering questions and helping with finding places of interest and restaurants and getting to the metro and bus stops. Very clean and quiet, a delightful stay.

Our stay was wonderful at this hotel! Very well located close to a lot of restaurants that aren’t a tourist trap. Rooms are clean and comfortable, very easy to enter and exit the hotel. Francesca was so kind and so helpful when we were stuck without a taxi trying to get to the train station.

Nice property, close to the Vatican in the Prati area. Safe, convenient and lots of dining options. Room was quaint, but on the smaller side. There are zero toiletries available, so you’ll have to either have your own or purchase some across the street at nearby pharmacy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cute and small hotel, the first floor of an older building, all redone and modernized. It's very clean and quiet, with good air conditioning. The owner/staff are very kind and helpful. It's basically next to the Vatican -- we would stay again.

The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. The owners were lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
