The toilet flush was not working. The bed sheets are not clean.

The most disappointing trip of my life coz of this hotel stay. Allocated used rooms, rooms where guests were staying, no service at all, small parking which only accomodates 4 to 5 cars. We had to park our car on the roads all the time. No acknowledgement of our issues. Seems they are ok with guests complaining. Put in and charging old bills which were not related to us. ** be very very careful if u ever using this hotel in kakinada***

Good. Staff are courteous. Rooms and toilets are neat. But when went to the restaurant, AC was switched. When insisted, they avoided us. Similarly, when restaurant staff were requested to provide plastic boxes to pack dinner for train journey, they bluntly refused. They could have provided the plastic or paper boxes

Inefficient front desk staff - took way too long to check in and out. Bathroom cleanliness is below standard. One bath towel for two guests; no wash towels. Toilet tissue provided us in pathetic condition.
