전체 평가 및 리뷰 Welldone Metropol

관광지 한 복판에 있어서 위치 좋았어요. 들어가는 입구는 건물 사이에 딱 문 하나로 찾아야합니다. 저희는 방이 안쪽을 향해 있었는데, 비수기인 탓도 있겠지만 정말 조용했어요. 안락해서 들어와 저녁에 너무 잘 쉬었습니다. 키친쪽의 컵이나 그런 건 좀 신경쓰이는 부분이 있어서, 사용하기 전에 다 씻었어요. 그리고 세면대쪽 수전의 더운물 핸들이 툭 빠져 떨어지는 일이 있어서 그것도 좀 불편하긴 했습니다. 완벽한 숙소는 아니었지만 이정도면 불만 없고 편안했습니다.

[장점] 1. 전자레인지, 식기, 커피머신이 구비됨 2. 2인이 묵기에 객실 크기가 충분함 3. 호스트와 메일로 신속한 연락이 가능함 [단점 : B08호 (그라운드 플로어의 경우)] 1. 샤워부스 샤워기에서 물이 새어나와 세면대 앞까지 고이게 됨 : 숙소 측에서 수리하지 않는 한 수건 하나는 깔아두어야 함 2. 바로 옆이 메트로폴 파라솔이어서 그런지 늦은 시간까지 노래를 부르거나 소리를 치는 등 소음이 발생함 3. 수건에 이물이 묻어있어 교체를 요구했는데 청소 담당자와 커뮤니케이션 오류가 있었는지 제공되지 않았으며, 늦은 시간에 사과 메일이 왔음 가성비 좋은 무인 호텔이지만 2박 이상을 묵기에는 아쉬운 곳입니다.

메트로폴 파라솔 바로 옆에 있고 세비야 대성당도 10분 이면 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 내부 청결하고 넓고, 전자렌지, 캡슐커피, 냉장고, TV 있어 편리했습니다. 방도 이쁘고 루프탑에도 꼭 올라가 보시기 바랍니다. 방과 루프탑에서 버섯 보이고 바로 앞에 있어요

직원이 엄청 친절하다! 그리고 거리적으로 너무 좋아서 다음에 또 방문한다면 꼭 다시 숙소 예약하고 싶다.

주변이 조용하고 메트로폴 바로 앞에 라운지도 있어서 이요하기 좋았습니다.

작은 아파트먼트라서 렌지요리정도는 가능해요. 매일 놓아주시는 젤리와 커피가 너무 좋았어요. 공항에서 택시 약 24유로 나오고요. 메트로폴 파라솔 바로 앞인데다가 주변 음식점도 맛있고 좋았어요. 다만 세비야 대성당, 스페인 광장 등은 약간 거리가 있으니 걸어다니는걸 좋아하신다면 나쁘지 않은 선택이 될거에요. 렌트 생각하신다면 주변 주차장 추천 받으시면 될거에요(전 이용 안했네요).

Wow!! Location is perfact to access every sight in sevilla. Room is bigger than pictures and clean. Also there is a hidden common terrace that enjoy snack with look at the Metro pool!! Especailly our manager Paulla is very nice and doesnt hestiete to help us. She recommended good restaurant, place, and flamenco show and with her comment, our travel is more memorable memories. 완전 좋아요! 세비야 가시는 분들 추천해요. 산타후스타에서 택시비는 캐리어 제외하고 4-5유로. 근처 로컬 카페 츄러스 진짜 맛있어요. 잉글레스도 가깝습니다.

Nous avons réservé 2 nuits au Welldone Metropol de Séville en pensant avoir un service digne du prix payé. Ceci n’est pas un hotel pourtant repris tel quel, il n’y pas de réception, vous recevez un message WhatsApp avec les instructions, vous devez allez payer dans un autre Welldone pas très loin heureusement, pour avoir vos codes d’accès ! Autre remarque:si vous souhaitez vous reposer prévoyez des boules quies. Coté Propreté, ça peut aller mais rien d'exceptionnel au vu du prix. Si vous avez 230 €/ nuit de bugdet, dirigez vous vers un vrai hôtel avec un vrai service.

This property is NOT a hotel. This is like a hostel. They don't have a clerk on duty to check guests in. They force guests to check-in online asking for information unavailable to the guests. They also show fraudulent pictures of the other high end hotel next door to trap unsuspecting trvellers. I would not recomend this property to anyone who is a mature trveller. There are much better choices in the area than this hostel. Do yourselves a favour and don't book this place. The faceless person who only communicates by text messages is arrogant, rude and sarcastic. And don't expect any room cleaning either.

No recomendaría el hotel a nadie! El “hotel” no cuenta con recepción y esto no lo sabía hasta después de haber hecho la reserva. Al llegar me tocó llamar por teléfono para que me digan cuál era mi habitación, y no se me proporcionó la información inmediatamente. La habitación si es agradable pero el pasillo olía a cigarrillo, lo cual no coincidía con mi requerimiento a que sea libre de el. Los pasillos y la habitación donde se deja la maleta olían horrible a humedad. La ubicación del hotel si es muy buena, pero para mi donde me quede dista mucho de ser un hotel.

La zona del hotel es espectacular con unas vistas súper bonitas a las setas, la habitación del ático es espaciosa y viene equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar en tu estancia. Obviamente al ser una zona concurrida durante el día y tempranas horas de la noche hay ruido fuera, pero se duerme bien en la noche. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Chambre avec mousissure insalubre

Excelente atención del personal al recibirnos. La habitación muy bonita y acogedora, además con todo lo que necesitas para alojarte. La vista, la ubicación inmejorables.

Fijne kamer op fantastische locatie. Wij hadden de kamer met het eigen zwembadje op het dakterras, wat gezien de hitte echt van meerwaarde was. Alles was schoon en netjes. De communicatie met de verhuurder via WhatsApp werkte prima, de informatie was duidelijk en op vragen werd meteen gereageerd. Bij ons ontbrak de föhn en die werd dezelfde dag nog bezorgd. De locatie is echt perfect, met prachtig uitzicht op Las Setas, dichtbij vele gezellige terrasjes, winkels, openbaar vervoer en de halte van de hop on hop off bus. Er is geluidwerend glas, dus je hoort weinig van de geluiden op straat. Keukentje is voorzien van wat borden, glazen en bestek. Koffie en thee is aanwezig. Als wij weer naar Sevilla gaan, zouden we hier absoluut weer verblijven.

The service is amazing , the room , everything was excellent

The room is well located. Everything is there to eat in this apartment. I love the coffee machine. My problem is the slamming entrance door. The ground floor room is by the entrance door and customers don't care about the door that slams every time it closes. This room is also close to bars. So, have earfoams to make sure to sleep, especially on the weekend. Different surfaces in the room were dirty or oily. We had to clean. A room keeper threw away goods that weren't even close to the garbage. The hotel reimbursed the cost of things lost. One evening, I heard screaming in the hallway like a man who is tortured in an horor movie. I came to realize that these screams went off from a speaker. It came and went for an hour. I had to call the front desk to turn it off.

Hospedarme en este sitio en Sevilla, sin duda ha sido la mejor decisión que tomé. Todo el tiempo fueron amables conmigo, la comunicación era prácticamente instantánea y la habitación maravillosa.
