Voltei a avaliar minhas estadias porque ler as avaliações realmente me ajudou muito. A estadia foi ótima, o quarto é limpo e novinho, roupas de cama macias e limpas, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, smartv, ducha deliciosa. Ficamos no quarto que dá para o fundos, super silencioso, cortinas blackout. Tem frigobar no quarto e uma mini cozinha para uso dos hospedes. A localização é central, sem ser na bagunça do centro histórico, com um ponto de metrô na pracinha em frente. Tem um mercado, umas 3 farmácias, lojas de doces e uma lavanderia self service, tudo ao lado. Também fica pertissimo do Museu Arqueológico que obrigatoriamente deve ser visitado antes de ir à Pompeia e Herculano. Fica bem perto da "rua do Maradona" e dos lugarzinhos para a vida noturna. Cristiano é muito simpático e prestativo. Região super segura, mesmo à noite, ontem, sábado, saímos para comer uma típica pizza Marguerita, fomos e voltamos a pé. Informação importante: tudo fecha às 22h.

Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war nach hinten also auch sehr ruhig für Neapel.

Its naples not the nicest area but convienuent as used as base to go explore almalfi and south of italy.

Excelente localização em Nápoles em frente ao metro. Ambiente limpo, organizado e fácil comunicação com o host. Recomendo.

Very well located, easy to walk to all the main spots in Naples and places to eat and drink. Also convenient for public transport if heading out of town. The owner was very helpful and the room was immaculate. Breakfast is a basket of packaged croissants, pastries, etc. which are replenished by housekeeping each day so you can eat them at whatever time you want.

Consigliabile per posizione vicino a stazione centrale e centro storico. Colazione inclusa ma industriale, cortesia del personale contattabile però solo da remoto. Locali ben tenuti e puliti

Wonderful place with charming accommodating hosts. Functional safe lodging which are next door to Naples Archeological Museum which was the purpose of my stay. It is well located for walking old town.

入り口が大変わかりにくいです。ビルの中にあり、外からインターホンを押して着たことを伝えたら男性が降りてきてくれました。エレベーターを使うためには鍵についている赤外線？のようなものをエレベーター内の機械に当てる必要があります。鍵は入り口、ホテルへの扉、エレベーター用の赤外線、部屋の鍵がついています。チェックインは陽気な2人の男性がしてくれて部屋の説明もしてくれました。部屋には冷蔵庫もあり、「これが朝食だよ、どれでも自由に食べて」と袋入りのパン、パイ、チョコレートケーキや冷蔵庫には牛乳、マンゴージュース？、ヨーグルトが用意されていました。エスプレッソマシンもあったので飲めますが私は使い方がわかりませんでした（笑）お部屋は広く清潔でした。クローゼットのハンガーの位置が高すぎて(3mくらいの人用だと思うw)とり棒はありますが使えませんでした（笑）巨人用です（笑）チェックイン時以外は受付の方はいらっしゃらず、チェックアウトのときもいなくてどうしよう…としばらく待ったのですが来なくて結局メモを残して鍵を置いて出てきました。地方税(citytaxというそうです)が必要だったのでおそらく２ユーロと言われていたのですが5ユーロ紙幣を手紙の間に挟んでおきました。周辺がちょっとゴミゴミしていて治安が不安でしたが結果なにもなく無事に過ごし帰ることができました。

The property has average facilities. Its on the third floor of the building. The lift is tiny. One person with a suitcase and you wont have space to turn around. You need 20cent coins to operate the lift. The bathroom and bedroom were not very clean. The shower is fixed so you better take your shower cap. Security could be an issue if you do not lock your room or the balcony door properly. The location is perfect for transport facilities. Metro Museo and Piazza Cavour are very close by. The historical centre is around 20mins walk. Breakfast provided is basic and can be hit or miss depending on the leftover from the day before. Bread, brioche or croissant with jam or nutella and hot drink. You have to switch on the AC in the room at least a couple of hours before you can feel comfortable. You have to be in the room to switch on the AC. There is no ironing box or board in the room. The electrical plug points need adapters if you are from other EU countries.

ono stato 5 giorni e mi sono trovato benissimo. La posizione è molto strategica perchè a fianco delle linee 1 e 2, in pieno centro.

The location is perfect for walking the entire city. Located near the metro which conveniently leads to the main train station. Our host was amazing, giving us lots of suggestions on what to visit. both the room and the breakfast were amazing! We really enjoyed out stay and would love to return! Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Rommene var fine og rene. Veldig vennlige ansatte. Sentralt. Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold.

Le B&B était très accessible, Cristiano (le gérant) était vraiment accueillant, la chambre était dans un très bon état. Le seul bémol est le quartier : un peu excentré et surtout il y a de nombreux déchets. Cristiano a envoyé plusieurs fois des courriers à la mairie pour leur demander de nettoyer mais ils ne lui ont jamais donné suite...

Great option in a good location in Naples. This property is near (less than 2 minutes walking from) two lines of the Metro. It's also a few steps from the historic centre, so it's easy to explore the main locations. In reception, they will help you with map, with how to get to main attractions and also with calling a taxi for you. Highly recommended!

Bien placé , concernant l entrée pour accéder à notre chambre ç est digne d'un james bond ç est surprenant. Pas de petit déjeuner .
