They didn’t let my baby go inside the room because “room too small”. The reception lady was very rude (i don’t know here name but look like shes indian). The way she speak was very rude & emotionless, she even didn’t help me to hold the door when I am going to outside with suitcase, stroller and shopping bag. Overall, I did check-in but didn’t stay because too disappointed.
