Cleaning issues such as they left an old dirty towel from previous client in the bathroom. Everything in room are too old eg. air conditioner and all furniture are old just realizable to use. Problem with checked in process as the hotel said they didn’t get my booking and left me wait for a while to checked up the room with the old towel in the bathroom. All windows are unlocked I have to double check myself
