Cosy central location in Condesa.

Great place. I stayed in the third floor that has a nice terrace. Good breakfast and great staff

We were not advised our room was in the fourth floor. For three elderly ladies this was not easy. They did not clean the room every day, I was told they clean it the FOURTH day, when we check out. Only two nice staff members, Roy at night and Breakfast lady.

Our 4th time to stay. Cozy safe neighborhood. Can walk to Chapeltepec

My second stay at the Gallery was excellent as was the first. The hotel, staff, location/neighborhood, breakfast, cleanliness, etc, etc. It will be my place to stay in Mexico city!

The location was great with excellent customer service.

Courteous staff. Clean rooms. What made me take away a star was that the room I stayed in (going up the first staircase by reception), the room temperature was cold, my shower was cut short because the hot water stopped running, street noise could be heard as if the windows were open, and there were other random noises during my stay.

Lovely clean room on the top floor. With its own kitchen block and fridge.

The amenities I paid for were broken, no air conditioning so it was very hot. They gave me an alternative that was loud and didn't work well. Also the electronic curtains were broken. It's crazy that they didn't even offer of partial refund and just flat said "No" when i asked. Horrible experience!!!!

Affordable spot in La Condesa. The breakfast and staff are wonderful. The only problem was our room wasn't cleaned in the week we were there, only the bed was changed and garbages emptied but nothing else. The room could do with some fixes.

My staying was just OK, they ran out of coffe and bread! On my next day, I did prefer to go around to have a nice breakfast.
