can’t go to Mall of Istanbul. I chose this hotel because very close from big shopping mall, but north and west of hotel is blocked by highway, can’t cross. only go to southern direction. there are many office buildings and construction sites, for visiting restaurant or supermarkets need to walk mote than 15 mins. I can’t understand why they decided to make hotel this terrible location. and taxi of Istanbul is very expensive. from airport to hotel need to pay about 45 usd(one way)

I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana in Istanbul. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived, especially from the young gentleman at the front desk. He was incredibly hospitable, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of customer service at this hotel is exceptional—honestly, even better than Amazon’s famous customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely appreciate the front desk team for making my experience so memorable.

3 gece konakladık. 29. kat residance daire verildi. dairede kıyafetlerimi yerleştirmek için dolap ve çekmecelerimi açtığımda pis olduğu çok açıktı. ek olarak bir gün odaya döndüğümde banyoda pis çöplerimin olduğu poşetin ortalıkta unutulduğunu gördüm. restoran çalışanları keza hiç yardımcı değildi, konaklamamızdan memnun kalmadık yeniden tercih etmeyiz.

Resepsiyon görevlisi bey efendi oldukça nazik ve yardımseverdi.

Burada oda tutmamızın asıl sebebi havuzlu olmasıydı. Girmek istediğimizde bonenin zorunlu olduğunu söylediler. Yanımızda olmadığını söylediğimizde para karşılığı satabileceklerini söylediler. Site üzerinde de bununla ilgli bir uyarı görmedik dolayısıyla bu durum kadar etik bilemiyorum. Eğer zorunluysa bile kullan at bir bone sağlamanız bu kadar zor olmamalı. Bunun dışında bir sorun yoktu.

Muhteşem bir deneyim sunuyorlar, kendimi çok değerli hissettim, personel profesyonel, odalar temiz, havuzu muhteşem manzaralı, her yere yakın, alışveriş merkezi, Halkalı metro istasyonu 15 dakika uzaklıkta, kahvaltı menüsü geniş bir yelpazede, ilk girişte profesyonel bir şekilde karşılama ve bilgilendirme yapıldı,ilk defa bir otelde kendimi değerli hissettim, otelin dizayn ve dekoru Uluslararası ve İstanbul temalı , kesinlikle tavsiye ederim Это был замечательный опыт: номер был большой, просторный и светлый, территория отеля очень просторная, завтрак предлагал очень обширное меню, атмосфера в номере и расположение отеля были великолепны. Кроме того, внимательность персонала в сочетании с их международным опытом продемонстрировала их профессионализм. Спасибо всему персоналу отеля.

Very clean, modern hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Facilities are well maintained. Great value for money and comfortable stay overall.

I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana. The highlight of my visit was the spacious Centro Corner suite, which offered plenty of space to relax and a beautiful city view. The large bathtub was a wonderful addition and made the stay feel even more luxurious. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend Centro WestSide by Rotana to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.
