Clean room and room service was very helpful. Breakfast was very local so you enjoy the traditional cuisine.

Tesis bence 5 yıldız değil, 4 yıldız hizmeti veriyor. 4 yıldızlı tesis olarak satış yapıyor olsalar tam bir fiyat/performans oteli olurdu. Banyo temizliği kötü, kahvaltısı 5 yıldızlı otel satışı yapan bir tesisin hizmetine göre zayıf. Gece ve gündüz resepsiyon görevlileri güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı ve yardımsever.

The hotel location is a little bit in a heavy traffic area, for example the Mall of İstanbul which you can see it across the freeway, there is no walkway to it, going there is only by car or taxi usually takes 20-30 minutes due to heavy traffic.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Artık İstanbul’a gelirsem sadece bu otelde konaklayacağım. Özellikle girişte ilgilenen çalışanlar Umut Bey ve Can Bey çok yardımcı oldular. Harika olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

I had a wonderful stay at the **Rotana Hotel during my solo trip to Turkey. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The location was about 25-30 mins from all the tourist places. Traveling alone can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team here made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The corner room was very spacious and the bath tub was huge! However, the floor structure of the shower did not allow for all the water to go down the drain so there was a small flood in the bathroom until the morning which was so cold to step on. The pool was great and the temperature was perfect, the kids pool was heated and the kids loved it! View was also great. I did almost trip because the staff did not mop the floor properly, was dangerous for the kids. The breakfast selection was perfect. Room service was also quick. However, the staff were so rude to me when I called to ask if we could have in-room breakfast. Check in was relatively fast, but reception did not activate my key properly which was a pain since I had to go back downstairs with two very tired and irritable kids! Overall, good stay and with a few improvements with the staff, it would have been a very good experience.

Temizlik tek kelime ile berbattı , odaya girdiğimizde heryerde kıl ve banyoda heryerde lekeler, aynada lekeler , oda daki masada yemek kırıntıları fakat geç saatte giriş yaptığımız için yatıp uyuduk. ertesi gün sabah resepsiyonu arayıp temizlik istedik odayı temizliceklerini söylediler ve temizlik bittiğinde(güya) odaya girdik ve sadece Yatak Örtüsü düzeltilmişti değişmemiş bile düzeltilmiş ve Ayna lekeleri vesayre hepsi duruyordu temizlik 00000
