Excellent and comfortable hotel. Many comfortable seats and snooker table. Washer and dryer room too for extra convenience. Would be great if has extra coin or notes insert for foreigners in the machines. Friendly staff. Special thanks to the cheerful and helpful cleaner Ms 谢 for keeping the rooms and corridor so clean and tidy. Location is short less than 8 minutes walk to Jin An Metro. Love the air cleaner in the room to keep air always good.

The interior of the hotel be it in common space or room is really cozy. The train station is only about 8 minutes walk, and the location is great as eateries and restaurants are all just 5 minutes walk away. Great place to stay for the money that you are paying. The only downside to this is that due to the hotel is near to a fly over highway, there are some noise coming from the streets when cars pass by. Also, the hotel had a black out one night on our stay for nearly 2 hours, however the front liners managed the situation well by being up front with the hotel guests on the situation.

I stayed 7 nights and the hotel served us well. The Jing An Temple metro station just a 7 mins walk from Hotel. And Jing An area has full of malls and you can find supermarkets / family mart near it. The receptionist can speak a little bit of English. The morning staff who make-up your room cannot speak any English, but they are very polite and good. I had a good stay somehow every night I stayed, I smell Cigarettes smokes in my room. So, I open up the window to make the smells gone. Other than that our stay in Campanile was great.
