Great spot. really friendly owners who give you the culture of the Japanese way of living. Really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location just 5-10 minutes to ski lifts

A Beautiful Japanese couple run the place, if your hitting the snow everyday and only need a shower and a bed it’s fine!

Don't stay here

This is a good place to stay if your main focus is skiing/snowboarding. This is more of a rustic cabin stay. Our room had two beds and an attached bathroom. There is a restaurant with some dinner service at night. You are a 5 minute walk to the ski slope and a 1 minute walk from a ski rental shop and a western style pub restaurant. It did take us about 15-20 minutes to walk down the hill to the Lawsons, so you might need to stock up on snacks or waters before heading up to the cabin. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
