영어: 벨보이부터 접수원, 풀사이드 라이프가드까지 직원들에게 칭찬을 전하고 싶습니다. 마지막으로 Hard Rock 부티크 직원 Emma에게 매우 세심하고 친절하며 도움이 됩니다. 그녀는 혼자이지만 붐비는 호텔 투숙객을 전문적으로 혼자서 관리합니다. 여러분 최고!!! 이곳은 아이들과 함께 가기에 좋은 리조트입니다. 그들은 모두가 해변에 갈 수 있도록 Westin 호텔을 왕복하는 무료 버기를 제공합니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 수영장이 너무 작아서 만실이 될 수 없었다는 것입니다. Hard Rock 리조트 월드 싱가포르의 수영장 시설과 인공 해변은 훨씬 낫습니다. 모든 호텔 투숙객은 추가 입장료를 지불할 필요 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 그리고 욕실과 화장실은 약간 업그레이드가 필요합니다. (4/10) 마지막으로 WiFi(맙소사!!) (2/10) 처음부터 대부분 연결이 되지 않는 곳에서 무료 WiFi를 제공하는 이유는 무엇입니까 😑

좋은 호텔이고, 객실 발코니 앞에 워터파크가 있고, 해변까지 걸어서 갈 수 있어요.

모든 면에서 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 다음에도 꼭 예약하고 싶습니다.

침실에 둥근 테이블을 놓으면 너무 커서 활동을 하기가 조금 어렵습니다.

제 숙박은 정말 최고였어요! 생일 여행 때 왔고 선물도 받았어요. 음식도 맛있었고 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이 됐어요. 분위기도 좋았어요. 라이브 밴드도 너무 좋았어요.

5성급 브랜드 호텔에 비해 서비스가 형편없습니다. 여분의 타월을 요청했는데, 보내는 데 몇 시간이 걸렸습니다. 여분의 타월을 받기 전에 두 번이나 전화해야 했습니다. 직원에게 쿠폰을 주었지만 무료 웰컴 드링크는 제공되지 않았습니다. 직원은 실수에 대해 사과조차 하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로, 서비스는 형편없는 비싼 호텔입니다. 아침 식사는 5성급 호텔에 대한 기대치에 미치지 못했습니다. 처음이자 마지막으로 묵은 곳입니다.

The F&b service team is not the most friendly and not the most welcoming to the guests needs. The F&b department must be more trained by the top Management to be more welcoming & friendly & more hotelier to the the guests who will come to this hotel in the future. Also, so many dirty plates were not taken out from our table by the F&b staff, so I have to do it myself to remove the dirty plate from out table. The Front office reception on the other hand have better performance in welcoming and treating the guests and very friendly.

Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I absolutely love how child and family-friendly this place is. Good and huge room for children to run around and the live band is good for adults who want to have some time drinking and enjoying the music.

Easily accessible from Singapore now since there is a short 1.5 hours ferry ride from Tanah Merah terminal. There is a shuttle from Desaru terminal to hotel, a short 10 mins drive away. Hotel feels quite new. Perfect for kids since there is huge adventure waterpark attached to hotel. Food is also nice. The beach is also a short 10 mins walk through Westin, right across hard rock.

Pantai jauh and makanan sedap dan murah. Pool pun jauh dari bilik, overall nak tenang-tenang oke lah, not happening macam Penang, kena bawa makanan banyak-banyak sebab kedai jauh 😙

Overall the place needs some refurbishment. The rooms were quite outdated and housekeeping could be better as the room was very dusty. We got our room only around 445pm as we were told that it was pending supervisor approval. When we finally entered the room, we found that the rubbish from the previous guest was not cleared. More F&B options would be good.

It was great experience. The hotel was clean, the beach is just a block away, and there is a private bus sending to the beach as well. There is a direct entrance to adventure waterpark from the hotel directly. Kids club is available to send the kids in. Spa would need prior booking before able to get the slot.

Nice Hotel, with very friendly and accommodating staff to our request (as we needed connecting rooms for my friend who booked 2 rooms (family and kids). The adventure park is so near and we had easy access to this water park.

Great points: 1. Food was fantastic. 2. Service was prompt and good. Staff were friendly. 3. Located next to waterpark. Bad points: 1. 2 out 3 towels had stains. Pillowcase had stains as well. 2. Fault door lock. Got locked out of the room at 1.45am because the door lock ran out of battery. 3. The small curtain covering the window - outsiders can see into my room (facing the bed) 4. Reached at 2pm. But my room was only ready at 5pm. Way past check in time (staff was good, gave me complimentary late check out + free waterpark tickets as service recovery) 5. So noisy. Could hear the waterpark night event till 11pm.

The hotel 's staff is friendly. The check-in process is smooth. However, we never know that the tenant in Hard Rock can access to a private beach not far from the hotel. This has not been told during the check-in. Also, the foods quality is very much below expectation. Lastly, we don't get a good first impression when we see the hotel 's swimming pool.

Clean and spacious. Passed the vibes check. The staff were all very friendly.

Aircon was permanently at 19 degrees. It took three calls for technician to realize that a bypass function was switched on. This could have been resolved at the first call made. With the noise pollution from the water park, toddler had a hard time during afternoon nap. Room was not ideally sound proof.

Loving the good hospitality that Hard rock hotel offers and grateful for the complimentary free upgrade of rooms and benefit. We enjoys the breakfast and the complimentary cocktails 😃 definitely will return again!

Cons: Hotel and Room are not well maintained. Hotel walkways are littered with dirt, bird poo and dead insects. The room was not very clean and dusty, cannot walk around the room barefooted and step on pieces of sand or dirt every now and then, wearing a bedroom slipper is a must. Stayed for 3d 2n, walked past a dustbin near the lift lobby at our room level, and saw a few pizza boxes thrown on top, from the first day I checked in till I check out it's still there …. This is the 4th of the hard rock hotel chain I have stayed in, have been to hour Bali, Pattaya, and SG. And Desaru Hard rock really pales in comparison based on cleanliness. The Breakfast was very average. Pro: the staff was friendly and helpful. It's connected to the adventure water park. My kid loves the acoustic swimming pool in the hotel. Overall its style due to its location in the water park, really needs to improve on the cleanliness in order to make guests feel more comfortable.

The receptionist did not get inform us that we can get the touch and go validated upon checking in. Only when we are leaving the hotel for town and we checked with the security and he told us so. We had to walk all the way to receptionist to do so and walk back to the car which is parked at far end. During breakfast, they did not replenish the food. One guest told them to do so as the noodles, nasi lemak and rendang tray were empty and it ' s only 9ish. The staff said, we have done it 3 times. Well regardless, there's a queue and food is empty. There were not enough proper parking lots resulting in guests parking anywhere and anyhow. Suggest to have a proper parking lots with shelter. The receptionist guy did a wonderful job by allowing us to check in prior to the check in time.
