Staff was excellent. Room was clean although somewhat tired.

This is one of the best hotels that we ever stayed at. Amazing staff everyone made sure that we have a great stay. They always smiled and treated the guest with graciousness and courtesy meanwhile

Warm staffs and nicely designed hotel. The only issue is that there’s a bar or restaurant downstairs so you can still hear the loud voice at midnight. Though everything was good, compare with nearby hotel with similar conditions, it’s a bit over priced

Everything perfect

Well located and charming. Hot water issues during our stay. Faucets are gimmicky and soap dispensers badly installed. But staff very courteous and overall a great place to stay in central St.Remy.

Struttura fredda, poco riscaldata. Piscina interna gelida, praticamente inutilizzabile. Camere grandi ma abbiamo patito il freddo. Colazione scarsa per un cinque stelle.

Très belle établissement personnel pas assez compétent manque de professionnalisme pour un 5 étoiles Pas D’eau chaude et la seule chose que l’on a su nous répondre c’est de prendre nos affaire et d’aller ce doucher ailleurs que dans notre chambre Aucun geste commercial Sejour décevant On n’y retournera pas

A first class hotel with excellent, attentive service My only complaint would be breakfast. We went down to get a coffee and croissant and the bill was 70 euros. Maybe our mistake for not asking but we were not informed
