nice view, nice service, satisfied!

This was a perfectly lovely hotel, well located within Maastricht. The bed was very comfortable, and the room well appointed for my needs. I also appreciated being able to turn on the heating after a long day walking around outside in the cold. The staff was also lovely and kind.

Room was just ok. No where to put your clothes. Walls were at an angle so you could not stand up straight in the shower. Blower dryer was terrible. Bed was comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.Would not stay here again.

Auch beim zweiten Besuch wurden wir wieder freundlich empfangen. Dieses Mal leider ein Zimmer im Haus ohne Aufzug. Die Betten sind bequem, die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent location 4mins walk to everything worth seeing plus supermarkets etc. Reception staff excellent. Downside no lift just steep stairs. Never mind. Ask for room 814 (first floor figure that one out!) because you get a 25 sqm open balcony where we consumed far too much wine!!

Hotel in alten Herrenhäuser hat schon was besonderes. Gute Lage, aber sehr hellhörig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr schönes und großes Zimmer.

Lage des Hotels

Schönes Zimmer, hübscher Frühstücksraum. Frühstück selbst ist kein Highlight, aber völlig in Ordnung. Sehr nettes Personal. Hotel ist in Laufweite zum Vrijthof, wir waren zum Andre Rieu Konzert hier. Wenn man Glück hat und zeitig da ist, bekommt man einen Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel, sonst muss man ins nahegelegene Parkhaus fahren. Alles in allem: sehr zufrieden - würde ich empfehlen für einen Maastricht-Besuch und auch selbst wieder buchen. Maastricht ist (auch ohne Andre Rieu Konzert) eine Reise wert!

Prima sfeervol hotel in 3 oude panden op goede locatie. Parkeren en ontbijt belachelijk duur.

The hotel is older, but clean and with lots of character. Service was super. I'd be glad to stay there again.

A charming hotel with all of the modern conveniences. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful decor and perfect location for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. And if you need air conditioning for very hot days, this is the place for you.

Prima degelijk hotel in een oud herenhuis in het centrum van Maastricht. Vriendelijk personeel, professioneel.

The property was fun and unique and the staff was lovely. A shout out to Alexandra that made our breakfast a lovely start of each day. The Expedia listing was incorrect, there was no elevator (which I needed due to a recent knee injury) and there were no laundry machines available as was shown in Expedia. I think whoever set the expedia account up made a mistake as they were confused why I was asking for the elevator. We looked together and they saw what I was seeing...they also showed me all of the other sites they are on that doesnt show the elevator and laundry. They did what they could to get us accomodations on a lower level. Technology sometimes goes sideways but the staff and the building were lovely.

The staff was lovely and we found the room to be very comfortable.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge nära centrum, sevärdheter och restauranger. Det enda som drar ner betyget en aning är att det ligger i ett gammalt hus med väldigt trånga och branta trappor. Vi fick ett fint rum högst upp men vägen upp och er med bagage var besvärlig. Ingen hiss. Men i det stora hela, mycket trevligt!

Standort ist sehr gut, da alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, lieve dames die voor het ontbijt zorgden, kamer was oke, badkamer had iets ruimer gemogen, een plankje om je spullen op te zetten iets groter, een haakje voor je handdoeken ipv ze over de verwarming te moeten hangen. Verder prima verblijf gehad , we waren er 2 nachten.
