Clean room

Good staff but keys continually lost their programing (probably had to be reprogrammed 6 times over three days). Breakfast was good until the last morning when they were out of half the items. Room was clean. Bed was adequate.

Whole place was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Asked for ground floor for my dog a very small room with a ripped up old chair . Problems with toilet had to go out of unit to guest bathroom . Told manager about problem she said do you want a plugger . The price on your site was higher than the sale price for the days we stayed. Not happy sent email to manager when we got home with no response. Will not be staying there again very unhappy . Judy

Breakfast was ok variety of options

Never have I attended a hotel in which there was so many signs written everywhere. Don’t do this, don’t do that, none of this…. Also selected pay at hotel upon arrival and they refused to take anything but the visa held on Expedia. They refused debit completely. Mouse traps visible throughout the main level. Front staff had a dog present that growled at guest pets and barked when staff left the desk area. Room itself was clean, hotel itself was fine. Just weird check in as I wanted to pay debit versus credit card (would have paid online if I had known that ahead of time) and the signage throughout gave unwelcoming vibes.

Hotel was fine but i want a refund for my June 1 reservation, i strayed on june 3-4

Great value for money. Room was very clean but is due for an upgrade. Bed was comfortable and staff were helpful.

The breakfast was cold like it just came out of the fridge ( the egg and sausage)

Good stay

Very helpful and friendly staff. A pass to the close by Rec Center was provided. The rec center had an excellent workout area, pool, hot tub, and sauna.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was amazing...

The hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Room was clean and in god repair, staff pleasant and extremely accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.

The only thing is the breakfast. The breakfast is so minimal and some that they offer are not available.

There are make-it-yourself waffles as well as hot and cold items available for breakfast. The hot tub is located at the nearby rec center. We were issued a complimentary guest pass and towels and walked to use the hot tub in this fabulous facility which also included a water slide and regular pool. One of the most fantastic things I appreciated was the wonderful lighting in the bathroom! So many places have very dim lighting, and this was a treat! We were offered complimentary packaged cookies upon check-in as well. The staff were very competent and friendly. We kept our window open all night for fresh air and there was very little noise. I enjoyed the sound of the train passing through this scenic mountain town just before settling for the night. The beds are very comfy as well. We would definitely return! A trip to the nearby pub called Table 12 was a real treat for some of the best wings that we have ever had, and we have eaten our share!!
