My hotel room was a little run down and dilapidated for my taste, although basically clean. The location was very good, and a big advantage was the free parking lot across the street, which they would open for my rental car. The staff was helpful and breakfast was very basic but decent. It's an ok place to stay if you don't need modern surroundings.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful old building which has been restored tastefully. Good central location. Secure parking across the street. A decent place to stay in Le Serena.

The rooms are set around a beautiful courtyard. It feels very safe and private. The staff is helpful and friendly. Guests can use a kitchen and even a small exercise room. Within a 15 minute drive from the airport and a 1/2 hour walk to the famous lighthouse and beach.

Las habitaciones lindas, cama comida, la ducha con abundante agua caliente. Las instalaciones muy limpias y los jardines preciosos, ambientes externos decorados muy bonitos.Relajantes. Lo que hay que reforzar es el personal de recepción, una sra. de mediana edad fue muy amable, educada y nos informo sobre lugares turísticos ( estaba en las mañanas).Los demás recepcionistas bien, sin nada que destacar.

nice hotel in a good location close to the center but quiet. The rooms vary in size. Helpful and friendly staff. They have a nice courtyard to sit in and a kitchen plus small basic gym. I would be happy to stay here again
