자체 주차장 보유에 5분거리에 바로 호수가 있고 청결하고 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 특히 사장님이 제주도와 부산을 방문했다며 친절하게 대해주신게 무척 인상적이였습니다.

일단 가격에 비해 너무 공간이 좁아요. 그리고 프라이빗베스룸을 쓰려면 10프랑을 더 내라고 했는데, 이미 메일로 전용욕실이 있다고 분명히 받았기 때문에 메일을 보여 주며 컴플레인을 했더니 한국어로는 자기가 확인이 불가능하니 어쩔 수 없이 받지 않겠다며 마지못한 얼굴로 원래 가격대로 결재를 해주었어요. 비좁은 객실에서 불쾌한 마음이 그런 예약 오류 때문에 더욱 불쾌했어요.

フライトの都合でチェックインの時間よりだいぶ早く到着しましたが、準備ができた部屋があり、チェックインさせてもらえました。とても有り難かったです。スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで優しいです。部屋も十分に広くて綺麗でした。朝食も良かったです。とても居心地の良いホテルでした。

Really really enjoyed my time here. This is a very clean, super friendly staffs, nice boutique hotel walking distance to everything: bus station, lake and grocery store. Best highlights were the smooth after-hour self check-in, breakfast (!!!), the 24/7 cappuccino machine small cold drink fridge at the entrance, and spacious balcony in my hotel room!! This stay made my trip really memorable and would absolutely book again next time. 🙏🙏🙏

All went well. A little too much traffic outside but normal for a Saturday night! One neighbour had set a very early alarm clock which woke us up too soon unfortunately. Otherwise very pleasant hotel.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was VERY good. The hotel was located very close to the Lugano’s attractions. The hotel needs to provide more fans during hot and humid weather.

Cet hôtel est très confortable. L’accueil est très chaleureux et il y a du stationnement gratuit disponible. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bien.

- Nahe am See und kurzer Weg zur Bergbahn Monte Bré. - Zentrum Lugano ist bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar - komplizierter Einstieg in die Badewanne (Dusche) wegen fix montierter Glaswand (eine mobile, faltbare wäre vorteilhafter)

Wunderbares, sehr familiäres und zentrales kleines Hotel, top sauber, sehr freundlich und Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es wäre alles okay - wenn der Preis pro Nacht günstiger wäre. Einen Aircon erhielten wir ins Zimmer gestellt, Zimmer war eher klein, nur eine Decke für ein Doppelbett, kein Lift. Was cool war: Balkon, Kühlschrank mit Bier, Cola, Prosecco zu moderaten Preisen, Personal…

Convenient hotel, with very friend personnel, but there was a very strong smell of chemicals in my room, perhaps fresh paint, which spoiled my stay.

Family run hotel. Staff was great. Overall enjoyable.
