The staff is friendly and extremely helpful to the guests and their individual needs. Everyone on staff is helpful and will go up and beyond to help you, if needed. I can’t say enough nice things about them all.

It okay

Paid extra for sheets everyday and never once got them. Also no WiFi and barely any tv channels was not the best was not happy but made do. People next to my were up all ight blaring music and for a smoke free place everything smelt like weed

Customer service is good

Dirty and run down. Sink in room didn’t drain. Floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in room.

They don’t have no breakfast no coffee no snacks they don’t offer us towels. We have to pay for them and they don’t offer us new bedsheets. We have to wash them horrible horrible hotel I would not stay here and they run out of toilet paper every couple of days

Didn't have no. Cups in the room didn't have enough towels.The Bear was too hard.You just was terrible

Extended Stay America has decided to add and or increase the pricing for basic amenities (additional towels, sheets and toilet paper) as well as take away certain things you expect to find in a hotel (ie and iron and ironing board). There is no grab and go breakfast AS ADVERTISED on all of the hotel sites, yet THE PRICES REMAIN THE SAME OR IN SOME CASES HAVE INCREASED. Extended Stay America should honestly remember the times in which we are currently living and either decrease your pricing or stop the nonsensical charging for basic items. Don’t put your employees, who don’t get paid enough as is, in a position to “nickel and dime” guests.

First room I went into was dirty and the bathroom was dirty as well and disgusting when I went downstairs immediately after walking in and letting them know about the conditions of my room I was told that I needed to wait an additional 45 minutes after just waiting 45 minutes to check in because none of the rooms are clean I got accidentally apparently checked into a dirty room and when I was given my new room, it was with an attitude and I was asked would I like my money back and not be serviced because I asked is there a way that we could speed up the process instead of me having to wait another hour for a room because it was my birthday and I had to work and I was already running late. Then the key they gave me didn’t work so I wasn’t able to get into my room until 10 o’clock at night.

Manager Joanna is rude. Rooms smell like marijuana

The staff is friendly however the manager Joanna is rude! There was some confusion about when my 13 year old and I were supposed to checkout or extend our stay. I thought it was Friday and went to work as usual and extended the stay. The next thing I know, my 13 year old is frantically texting me because he’s scared that our belongings are going to be put out of the hotel and destroyed by the rain. AND WE HAD A RESERVATION!!!

Overall this hotel is very clean, no roaches (I haven’t seen any). The staff is attentive, engaging and friendly staff. It would be nice to have coffee available all day and the breakfast could use major improvements (ie fruits, juice, water).
