장점 -버스터미널이 바로 코 앞 -버스터미널 옆 빨래방 싸고 빠름 -호텔에서 (사설)택시도 운영하는데, 가격 합리적이고 친절. 브라질 이과수 갈때, 공항갈때 이용했는데 만족. 전혀 영업을 하지 않고 리셉션에 가격이 적혀있을 뿐이니 확인, 비교후 이용 추천. -침대 이불사이에 지갑을 놓고 체크아웃한 뒤 브라질 이과수 갔다 돌아왔는데, 그걸 보관해두고 있다가 돌려줌. 어디서 잃어버렸는지 몰라 하루종일 걱정했는데 정말 감사합니다!!! 단점 -낡은 방

호텔 홍보사진엔 풀장이 있는데, 청소도 안되고 엉망... 세명이 묵었는데 배낭올려놀 시설도 제대로 안갗췄음. 조식이라고 나온 음식은 정말 엉망입니다. 주인이 중국인 이라고 하던데.... 역시 그 정도 수준...

직원이 영어가 거의 안되 불편했음. 무엇보다 택시서비스요청해서 브라질이과수 갔다오는데 택시가 40분 늦게와서 비행기 노칠번함. 나머지 시설은 나름 깨끗하고 괜찮음.

Great centrally located hotel with a pool. Walkable to the center of town for dining options etc. Staff was super helpful and accomodating etc. Would recommend to others

I arrived late and the room was boiling and unbearable. There were no free water bottles and I was too tired to go out and buy them so I went to bed dehydrated after traveling. There was no soap or body wash in the room and the hot water was inconsistent. There was a lot of long stray hairs in the room and bathroom. Pros: Staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great. It’s easy to get from the airport to the hotel with public transportation. Breakfast has a good variation of baked goods.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The breakfast is decent. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Well maintained facility, big spacious open space on 2nd floor and dining area, good choice of breakfast, fabulous and professional staff.

The hotel staff especially the front desk was most helpful. The hotel is located right in the center making everything walkable.

It took a while to figure out how to work the shower. Once we did, we never got water warm enough to actually shower under. The hotel is okay and the staff were all good. But no hot water in the shower (regardless of time of day) is not okay.

Er was geen zwembad😳. Technisch onderhoud van het gebouw en de kamers was is slecht.

Hotel simples, bom para uma hospedagem rapida.Equipe de recepção e reserva nota 10. Area da piscina limpa e organizada. Café da manhã é simples porem fresco.Poderiam disponibilizar uma sanduicheira. Ponto de atenção: O banheiro precisa de renovação.

The AC and WiFi worked great. The highlight of our vacation was meeting Oscar M. Cuenca at the reception desk. He was very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I hope he will be at the reception desk on our next visit. 6 out of 5 stars. We wish the pool opened earlier (instead of 11:00 am). Thank you Oscar!!!!

We stayed 2 nights in Room 307. The hotel was very simple and I would rate this a two-star hotel. Unfriendly man at check-in (he was not focused on our check-in but kept looking at his phone beside him). The room was very simple, with two double beds. The worst part was the "balcony" it was something you had to step up into and WITHOUT steps (we stood on our flimsy plastic chair to get up) - a total safety hazard and so weird. Horrible small bathroom with very tricky shower, we could never get the water temperature high enough for our shower. The breakfast we paid for was horrible, there was barely bread or a good hot cup of tea. If you came down late, everything was gone, very little replenishing. The room itself had good A/C but the bed was old and well used. The one good thing about this hotel was that it was directly across the Bus Terminal (where we took the bus to Iguazu National Park, and the airport). The second good thing was that you could easily walk to MANY restaurants close the hotel.
