Clean nice room, nice reception, affordable price. Would vist again

Clean and well appointed room. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Quiet room despite busy area.

Check in was super easy, kind staff members who greeted me in a friendly manner. My room was on the first floor and was easy to get to, clean, tidy, and had lovely amenities. 2 pairs of slippers, and plenty of towels. The kitchenette was such a nice extra and made eating whilst in my trip alot cheaper. Not too bad an area either, felt pretty safe and easy to get to station, only 10 mins walk. Bathroom was great, and I enjoyed the table and stools for working

Very clean, comfortable bed, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful! Our apartment was a little claustrophic with only one window in kitchen area looking directly out on brick wall with result that we needed lights on at all times. Close to tube station and other amenities.

We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. The dryer setting options are either really long drying times or a short one (1 hour) that gets hot. TIP: you have to wait ten minutes after turning off the power to open the door. Once the cycle is done, be sure to turn off the power on the unit. We would stay here again. The beds/pillows are comfortable. The towels are thick. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a quiet room.

Our bathroom was basically unusable with the toilet completely tucked into a spot between the sink and walls. I expected a smaller bathroom but you couldn’t even use the amenities as intended. Also, the fridge did not work in our kitchenette. We complained and asked to move rooms but they said that all the rooms were booked. We honestly were so busy with our trip to fight them more on this but we also did not feel as if anyone else was even staying there. Otherwise, the neighborhood is in a convenient spot and generally the bedroom was fine.

This place had the most comfortable bed of our entire 2.5 week trip. We had everything we needed, and anything we forgot, the staff provided gladly. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Great place.

The apartment across the street, where they sent me, is brand new and super clean. They claim it's sound proof but it is very noisy. I heard police and ambulance going through the street and people screaming all night. I also stumbled on a few syringes on the side walk while walking the area. The fact that the clerk specifically told me to double lock the front door at all times for my security was not very comforting either.

Don't book with this hotel, zero communication with guests or hotel.com Couldn't find my booking even tho they had sent confirmation to Hotels.com and then put my room back up £500 more expensive

Perfect location for a concert at Emirates stadium. Small apartment but clean and perfect for one night. Double glazing kept out the road noise. Not black out curtains so quite light in the morning. Good price for the postcode. 10 mins walk from nearest tube.

Great aparthotel

This was a great find for the price we paid. It is definitely outside of the city but maybe a 10 minute walk to underground and we never felt unsafe. The room itself was small but clean. Our bathroom was also small but did the job. It came with a kitchen area that we didn’t even take advantage of but definitely nice to have if you wanted to have stuff in the fridge. It had a well functioning air unit. We were on the 1st floor but the stairs were not bad to get luggage up and down.

Hotel was reasonably priced for London, not sure I like having a fire exit light in the room as this makes it a bit too bright at night. Hotel needs a few more renovations to be perfect but overall very nice. The bed was very comfortable.
