7일숙박했는데 정말편하게 지내다왔습니다. 아파트형이라 간단한 음식도 직접 해먹을수 있어서좋았어요.식기조리도구는 1000엔으로 빌릴수 있엉노.숙박기간동안사용.청소는 따로 해주지는 않아요.추가요금으로 필요시 요청.수건은 요청하면 바로 줍니다. 조식은 기대하지 마세요. 전 한번이용후 직접 해서 먹었어요. 국제거리. 바로 옆이라 볼거리 저녁에 다양한 음식과 술한잔하기 좋아요. 편의점보단 바로 근처 이온몰마트에서 장보는걸추천해요 24시간운영. 열쇠관리가 좀 신경쓰였지만 자유롭게 들락날락할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 채크아웃을 따로 안하고 안계셔서 사장님께 인사 못하고 왔네요 여행내내 편하게 지내다 왔어요.감사합니다.

In general I liked staying here. Good location - near to the big market and subway station. Bathroom was clean. Room is a little small but not that bad. Found some mold on the ceiling tho... the airconditioner was broken- it kept pushing very humid uncool air.

키를 가지고 다닌다는 불편함은 있지만 아무때나 열고 들어올수 있는 장점도 있습니다. 새벽에 나오혀고 보니 키 담을 박스가 놓여 있네요. 장기 투숙에 유리할 것 같습니다. 주차비는 별도지만 냉장고(중형), 전자 레인지, 전기 쿠커, 세탁기, 비데 , 편의 용품 다 갖추어져 있습니다. 빌트인 옷장도 큼직해서 공간이 넓습니다.

마키시역이랑 되게 가깝고 국제거리도 부담없이 갈 수 있었어요! 더블베드룸 두명이서 사용했는데 딱 좋았습니다. 침대랑 이불 정말 너무 푹신해서 눕자마자 잤어요. 세면대와 변기만 있는 건식화장실과 샤워할수 있는 습식 화장실이 분리되어 있어서 두명이서 이용하는데 정말 편했어요. 간단한 싱크대, 인덕션, 전자렌지, 전기포트, 머그컵 추가 요금 없이 사용할 수 있었습니다. 사용은 안했지만 세탁기인지 건조기인지 모를 기계도 있었구요. 에어컨도 체크인전 미리 틀어놔 주셨더라구요. 감동. 작지만 옷방도 따로 있어서 짐두기 편했고 빨래 널 베란다도 있었습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고요. 물가가 비싸다는 일본에서 정말 좋은 숙소 발견해서 잘 쉬고 갑니다!

国際通りまでも比較的近く徒歩圏内。 旅費を抑えて寝るだけなら有りだと思います。

Positiv: Ruhige Lage, Kokusai Dori in wenigen Fussminuten erreichbar, Preis eher tief, Zimmer ist für japanische Verhältnisse eher gross. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (viele Haare, gefüllter Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon, versiffte Matratze, dreckige Mikrowelle). Insgesamt eher alte Anlage. Würde dort nicht mehr übernachten.

洗濯機があるのがでかい。冷蔵庫レンジひと通りあるのはありがたい。

施設の劣化が壁のカビ等酷く部屋内も壁紙が剥がれていたり、残置ゴミがあったり酷い。シーツも破れていた。以前会ったオートロックも無くなっており非常に残念。

Staff was great. No one had ever cleaned under the bed. Ever. There was no room for yoga. The toilet broke and they offered me a new room but no one ever came to fix the bidet feature. The washing machine emitted a strange smell but I eventually got used to it. Likewise the trash bin smelled like cat feces. I had to remove it from the room. When I complained to 3 cleaners that the stairway railings were filthy they said: it's not our department. On the plus side it was quiet. The bed, although broken, was strangely comfortable and I slept well.

The air conditioning was hit and miss. There was a peg holding it open and tissue stuffed inside to stop the leaks. We have stayed here many times, due to the excellent location, but the rooms are in a poor state and very unclean. The hotel is expensive considering this. Despite the rooms showing the new building when booking them on the app, once again we were given the old building. When asked for the new building, we were told no. It seems all foreigners are given the old building as a general rule. The staff were fine as usual, though the reception staff are not available until 15.00 everyday and they do not speak English.

Room appears clean but looking under bed shows that it is only visible areas that get cleaned. We were in the older building - which is tired and in dire need of an overhaul with broken doors and random desk chairs strewn on the landing areas. Air conditioning is good and the water heater gives hot showers. Bathroom and shower are clean enough though and appeared to be void of any creepy crawlies during my 11 night stay. Location is pretty decent with Family Marts a 4 minute walk away. Makishi monorail station is a 10 minute walk as is the main shopping street that is lively at all times of day.

離牧志站 or 安里站很近 到國際通也只要10分鐘 房間裏還有洗衣機 可以簡單清洗衣物

洗濯機があって何時でも部屋で洗濯できて嬉しかったです。

一番古い建物に宿泊しました。 それなりに古い（壁のくすみ、トイレットペーパーホルダーの壊れ、テレビリモコンの電池切れ）ですが、そこを許容できるのであれば、繁華街、スーパー、コンビニに近く 、滞在は快適です。 3週間泊ったので、1回くらい掃除サービスが欲しかった。

Rooms are in very poor condition. Quite depressing.

Ive been starting at this hotel for some time now. It's confusing as there are two buildings sharing the same name and parking lot. If you get the newer one, it's great. The other one (green) is not so great. It's getting more untidy and run down with each visit. It needs sorting out
