They have very modern,safe, and close by accomedations and their price is also very fair value s well. And most of all they have impecable customer service they will not stop trying to help you until you are safe and in your apartment room that is important for all travelers their support & communication is 10 out of 10

A very spacious apartment with everything we needed - especially good to have a washing machine! Comfortable bed and very quiet at night despite being in an excellent location for the station and near old town.

Great apartment, great location and parking. Apartment is well appointed, very spacious and modern. Could do with a toaster! Felt very safe and great location, 5 mins from main train station and tram stops. Will definitely use again if I go back to Krakow

Excellent stay, very helpful staff, wonderful location!

Nice and quiet area, friendly staff (receptionist). Easy to reach with a tram. The room has an a/c and a washing machine, and as a bonus the terrace view is very nice. Soundproofing not very good, could hear the adjacent room when talking a little louder.

The apartment was great and very spacious! No complaints about the unit however, the check in process did not go well at all. As per the residence rules, check-in is scheduled for 2pm. When my group arrived at 2:30pm we were told that the apartment was not ready and when we asked for an estimate of when it would be ready they had no answer for us. We left our luggage at the reception and went to the nearby mall - returning to the residence at 5:30pm. Upon our return, we were told that the unit was only then being cleaned and were asked to wait longer. At 6pm we were finally able to access the unit. The 3.5hr delay was unacceptable and unfair to visitors after a long day of travel.

The property is in a wonderful area and close to transportation and the old city. Excellent overall. What we didn’t like is that we had travelled for almost 30 hours but our accommodation was not ready until after 6:00 pm. The hotel did compensate us for this inconvenience. The restaurant that is mentioned in their email no longer exists and hasn’t since last year. This advertising should be removed from emails going out.

location to old town and ease of getting out to surrounding area was great

Fantastic place! Very clean with all your travel needs, kitchenette, Nespresso coffee, laundry and above all a very friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a walking distance to Krakow main attractions. A hidden gem!

We had a bad experience

First time staying at this property and will book when we return to Krakow. Highlights ✨ *5 minute walk to Starbucks, shopping centre and main train station *Shampoo, Nespresso machine, tea, milk and water all provided *Fridge and washing machine available *Modern, new apartment complex *Less than 10 minute walk to main market square

The positives: very central location, sound proofed windows, balcony, good storage space in bedroom and bathroom, roomy kitchen, and decent WiFi. This apartment was probably very nice when new, but they haven't maintained or cleaned it regularly. They brag about their cleaning standards in the website, so we were very disappointed! This is the dirtiest hotel we've been to. Dirty towels, floors, walls and dust hanging from the ceiling. Extremely dusty and dirty under the bed. Kitchen ventilator and air valves, had fur. Dusty shelves. Hair in the toilet. Freezer full of ice and therefore unusable. Mold in the bathroom. Lamp full of dead insects. Only 4 rolls of thin toilet paper, and 2 towels per person, for 9 nights. Only 1 key, for two people. If you want one more, you'll have to pay a deposit. Rude and unheard of, never experienced that before. WiFi instructions in the room were wrong. The safe didn't work. There should have been a information folder in the apartment, like hotels usually have. Did not see a smoke detector, fire extinguisher or sprinkler system in the apartment. Double locks on the door is good. You don't get the specific room depicted on hotels.com. Also disappointing. I'm disabled, and wanted a shower. Instead we got a bathtub, and it felt unsafe. The matrass felt cheap and were extremely squeaky. Sheet to small for the bed; it loosened and got lots of uncomfortable wrinkles. Missed salt and pepper in the kitchen. And laundry detergent!

Beautiful place in a nice location. Convenient for old town and train station.
