The room was well appointed and the hotel position ideal, but we paid top dollars for a room in a luxury resort in the Queensland summer only to find it had NO AIRCON! Furthermore as the room was located at the rear of the building and we needed to leave the windows wide open or suffocate in the humidity, the 6.30 rubbish collection that went on outside our window for 1/2 an hour for each of the 3 mornings we were there was not at all welcome. This was all made a little worse by the fact that photos of the room show an air con unit, and there is, in fact, an aircon in the unit. It has just been disconnected by the owners. In fairness, they did supply one pedestal fan. It was a very big unit.

We enjoyed the position of the unit , close to all the shops , beach & national parks. The couch in the sitting room was the elephant in the unit . We are coming back next year . ✅

Great position right on Hastings st. We were at the back of the complex and found it noisy early mornings with all the trucks and deliveries. Would definitely stay here again though.

Great Aparthotel for families on Hastings street. Check in and finding parking spot was a bit frustrating but once completed it was a great relaxing stay. This apartment is in the Sebel hotel but is priced significantly cheaper than booking the Sebel

Fantastic location, we walk everywhere and apartments is so comfortable and spacious.

The property is in a wonderful location, you just steep straight onto Hastings street and there is a gate to the river side also. Nicely presented unit also.

Excellent stay. Location fantastic easy walk to shops ,restaurants and beach. RIght across the road.

Great location for Hastings St and the apartments are a good size and clean. Onsite parking is a bonus as parking in that area can be difficult.

The location was fabuloud, very central. We were at the front of the development which was slightly noisy at times

Large apartment, comfy bed, powerful shower. Very basic supplies - no tissues, only mini shampoo tube and bar of soap in bathroom - make sure you bring your own. Considering the price, it could definitely have been improved with more teabags, shower gel/conditioner, tissues etc. Weather was terrible so didn't get to try the pools. Beware the late night check in too - have to send them copies of ID etc and then track down the little key safe which is away from the apartment/car park.

Great location and facilities....kitchen was well equipped and with under cover parking ..... highly recommended

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location. Our apartment didn’t get any sun, but that was ok as we were usually outside anyway. Will stay again. We got lucky with the weather, so this also helped.
