Parking good but dirty environment!

Malpropreté, pas de stationnement suffisant, odeur vraiment désagréable ( ça pu)

It was good for the price

Parking had so much pigeon droppings, the guy at front desk was unhinged and unprofessional. Was on his phone throughout the checkin process. Hire ppl who can behave professionally and have the basic manners of focusing on the guest first instead of talking to their family on speaker while they work.

Its fine for a cheap stay but I wouldnt say there was a breakfast included, the exterior had me considering a new booking, and the inside wasnt anything to brag about.

The wifi was non existent the 48 hours I was there.

The property was clean however, the whole property was smelling with the weed. Looks like the smoking policy was not implemented properly. The Breakfast was not alined with the standard North American Servings!

Room was literally falling apart, along with the fact that the smell of mold was evident. Front desk staff spoke little to no English and charged my card for a $200 deposit after I checked out… make it make sense. This hotel is a poorly ran and clearly has no business of being a hotel or listed as a property for travellers on Expedias platform as it truly takes away from the quality and support Expedia has to offer to clients.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves something to be desired, and also nothing mentioned is valid (swimming pool and gym) there is nothing going on in this hotel with a very disrespectful and unpleasant staff. Place to avoid

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. La propreté laissait à désirer : la chambre était très sale, les interrupteurs étaient encrassés et une forte odeur de cigarette persistait. De plus, les photos présentées sur le site ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n'y a ni petit-déjeuner, ni piscine, ni salle de sport. Une expérience très décevante.

Lack of security

The receptionist was very unprofessional, the lady was on her phone for hours and did not provide any assistance or customer service. She acted almost as if she was forced to be there and paid more attention to the call she was on rather than the customers. I called the reception with no response and had to walk down and she was there still on her phone on a call. Terrible customer service and the elevator and room smelt so bad. The “continental” breakfast was pre packed with some packs even half open, I do not recommend this place, total waste of money.
