위치빼고 만족. 직원들과 사장님으로 보이는 분이 매우 친절함. 청결하고 서비스도 좋지만.... 위치는 시내에서 걸어다니기 조금 힘듬. 물론 우리는 대부분 걸어다녔음(여자 둘임)

Quarto novo, limpo e silencioso. Funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel não está no centro histórico, porém, fica muito próximo, 15 a 20 minutos caminhando da plaza de armas.

Very quiet which was good for sleeping but further away from everything so not alot of restaurants around. Also unless your fluent in spanish not easy for english speakers.

Excelente atendimento da equipe do hotel, em especial ao Luis Miguel que sempre estava a disposição para nos ajudar, atencioso e simpático. Resolveu 100% do que precisávamos. Hotel novo, um pouco afastado, com obras nas ruas próximas que atrapalharam um pouco mas quando estiverem prontas vai melhorar o acesso.

Rimelig og greit hotell med blide og serviceinnstilte medarbeidere i Cusco. Kontinental frokost. Det eneste å sette fingeren på var problem med å få fjernsynet til å virke, og at hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum. Ingen problem å få tak i drosje, som er greit og rimelig. Veiarbeid i gata utenfor da vi var der.

Muy austero, solo tiene una mesa de noche, no elevador, la zona no se siente muy segura y lejos del área turística, lo que si es que está nuevo y muy limpio, la atención del personal excelente

Very nice hotel and services for the crew it was so nice

I’m a solo traveler. The service is awesome. They tried hard to satisfied what you need and helped you from the bottom of the hearts. I felt like it was home when I came back from the town near Machu Picchu. I would say that’s one of the best hotels I had stayed so far in Peru. One disadvantage of it is the location, a bit far from the main plaza, however taxi is cheaper here, so it would bother much if the service is good.

El hotel está bn pero la zona está fea y sucia con obras en la vía, la vía de acceso está cerrada toca caminar con maletas hasta el hotel desde la esquina.

Really a budget option with basic facilities. Friendly stuff, rather clean room. It requires a taxi to get to the city center. Location is really sad but safe. Breakfast is available and it looks ok, but it made me sick every time I had it.

Las Quenas is a great hotel a bit off the beaten track in a less touristy area of Cusco, but still within easy walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and other attractions. The road outside of the hotel is currently being renovated but it wasn’t too tough to navigate.

Good breakfast, great staff, excellent shower. Hotel is 15 minutes walking from plaza de armas. The street it is on and the surrounding streets are under construction currently (january 2020). The hotel will call a taxi for you if needed, and proximity to a main avenue makes getting to the bus train or airport easy

Un hotel muy bonito, ya q esta recién remodelado Sin embargo esta lejos del centro a unos 7 o 10 minutos en taxi!! Los jóvenes de la recepción muy atentos y colaborativos
