Amazing place, another case where the picture do not say the beatiful that the place is. i was in the room 102 in the first floor. has a lot of excellency. the breakfast is ok! you can part at the back of the building. the city is like medieval. the personal does not speak english but they are super good guys.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel b&b di fronte all'hotel, esperienza da dimenticare, scale scomodissime, stanza in una soffitta rivista, pulizia zero sotto zero, mai più.

Giancarlo and his wife are excellent management team of the hotel.. Lovely restaurant too.. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to seeing them again next year… Lina & Steve

They put us in an annex building with no wifi or elevator, which was very dirty. They mentioned having laundry facilities as amenities in their description, which they denied. not worth it.

It was an excellent experience staying at the Don Carlos!! Wonderful staff!!

A great hotel, we spent a magnificent time with them. They have a great restaurant with very good Italian food. Unfortunately, we were given the only available room at the time, which was in a third floor (secondo piano), with no elevator, an my mother recently had knee surgery. But it is all great.

Camera diversa da quella richiesta. Situata in una dependance e accessibile attraverso scala nella quale il sensore della luce funzionava solo in entrata ma non in uscita per cui discesa al buio. Illuminazione camera insufficiente (1 lampada su comodino e una a stelo che impegnavano le due prese funzionanti). Per caricabatteria telefono necessario ridurre illuminazione liberando una presa. Arredo insoddisfacente e bagno piccolissimo. Doccia con bordi anneriti.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Doppelzimmer im 1. Stock oberhalb der Réception. Frühstücks-Service könnte besser sein.

Ci hanno assegnato una stanza in una struttura gestita dall'hotel proprio di fronte, ci può stare che la stanza come arredamento non sia 4 stelle, ma la pulizia no, penso sia il posto più sporco dove ho soggiornato in vita mia.Colazione pessima pochi prodotti quasi tutti confezionati e di bassa qualità.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella dependance con un cagnolino. L'hotel è situato al centro del paese, facilmente raggiungibile. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di tutto. Il personale è disponibile e cortese. Ci si sente a casa.

Very nice location and friendly staff.

We zaten in de dependance, aan de overkant van het hoofdgebouw. Dus voor ons geen lift, kluis en mini bar.Ze spreken slecht engels bij de receptie. Weinig daglicht in de kamer en geen Wi-Fi. De douche was erg verouderd en de douchekop kon niet hangen want de ophanging was kapot. Ontbijt was in het hoofdgebouw en dat was prima. Keus uit diverse verse en verpakte producten en verse cappuccino. Parkeren gratis aan de achterzijde van het hoofdgebouw. Locatie is erg leuk in het dorp.
