Adorably decorated place and friendly service

Had a great stay. Gretchen and Keith are very good hosts, good food, Keith can cook am awesome breakfast. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Bonus was the pup!

The hosts Very hospitable. Awesome house with lots of great history on the property. Host are Living the American Dream. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling through or having a party to seek out the Perkins House. You wont regret it.

The hosts were friendly and accomodating. We had a quiet room and breakfast was excellent. Note - our stay included a shared bathroom.

Great stay with wonderful accommodations! Carriage House was unique and very comfortable. Loved the Halloween theme for the month of October. Great place to relax.

The location was perfect for us. We like to wander the Cornish area, but it is also very convenient to get to Portland or the mountains in New Hampshire. The owners are very accessible for suggestions or assistance. The breakfast meals were excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a shared bathroom for the floor, which was fine for us since only one other room was occupied. (I don’t know how that goes when the inn is full.) We did not take advantage of any of the other common areas (living room w/TV, sitting room). The entire house is beautifully decorated in the Victorian style, with lots of furniture, busy wallpaper, and decorative items on the shelves, dressers and side tables. It looked great, but I was afraid to put any of my own things on the dresser because I thought I might overlook them amidst all the other items when it came time to leave. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. I would certainly stay there again.

Absolutely amazing. Cute dog, friendly people. Very interesting and cool decor. Bed was so comfortable, breakfast was incredible.

Hosts were very pleasant

The historic setting of the Perkins house was very fun to learn about—it has a unique history and the owners preserved it’s originality. It was decorated to the extreme with antiques and knickknacks which made it feel a bit cluttered and our bedroom was so full of things that there was not much room left to lay out our things. But the breakfast provided was delicious each morning and was very satisfying.
