The man who work at the front desk is very friendly and kind. I’m sorry for not leaving any gratuity, because I don’t have any cash.

우리가족은 이곳을 자주 이용하고있습니다. 건물은 오래됐지만 청소가 잘되어있으며 침구가 편안합니다 체크인을 4시에 가능하게되어있어서 아이와 차에서 기다렸는데 그것이 조금 힘들었습니다. 많은 사람들이 줄서있었지만 다행히 체크인은 빠르게 처리되었습니다. 게임룸은 아이가 아주 좋아했네요. 수고하세요!

Front desk staff is fantastic, the buffet breakfast for small price is very good, my room was very clean. Convenient location. My only issue, was the amount of kids that were running and yelling up and down the hallways constantly, well into the late night. This is my second stay, would stay again, maybe on 3rd floor….less noise stomping feet maybe.

The rooms were good enough for our needs and clean. We were disappointed to learn that the pool and hot-tub were closed for our stay, as this was one of the reasons we booked here. The last time we stayed, there had been a room with arcade games for the kids to play. When we arrived, we learned that these had been moved to another location and not accessible for guests. We also got an email one week prior to coming about the pool closure. I had booked months before, with access to a pool being high on my priority for traveling with kids. At this point, booking with another hotel on short notice was significantly more expensive. I asked at the front desk how long the pool had been closed, and they told me over a month. I wish I had been contacted earlier about the closure so I could make a decision about canceling or changing plans. Despite the hotel being adequate for our needs, the pool closure and arcade games gone was a disappointment for our family.

Screaming children running up and down the hallways until past 11:00 p.m. and started back up again at 6:00 a.m. kids hockey tournament or something was in town

Great views! Pool was perfect for the kids. Breakfast had great variety. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were great, gave passes for the local pool due to theirs being out of commission, due to repairs

The shower was clogged and hair and dirt was coming up from the drain. Disgusting.

Room was clean but dated, bathtub was extremely slippery and slanted. Staff were all amazing!!

The room was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I would suggest that they greet the customer when they come in the door not wait until they get to the desk. The shower had a weird setup with the soap holder way to close to the shower head so you were constantly banging into it. Also the toilet roll holder was stuck in a cupboard so you had to take it off the holder to get the toilet paper off. Not serious but not well planned out.

Super clean, kind staff, a lot of toiletries provided and good price. But it would be nice it the tv had more channels :) would def come back!

The hotel is nice and well equipped. The challenge is its location adjacent to the railway tracks. If you are a light sleeper, you won’t sleep at all.
