The man who work at the front desk is very friendly and kind. I’m sorry for not leaving any gratuity, because I don’t have any cash.

우리가족은 이곳을 자주 이용하고있습니다. 건물은 오래됐지만 청소가 잘되어있으며 침구가 편안합니다 체크인을 4시에 가능하게되어있어서 아이와 차에서 기다렸는데 그것이 조금 힘들었습니다. 많은 사람들이 줄서있었지만 다행히 체크인은 빠르게 처리되었습니다. 게임룸은 아이가 아주 좋아했네요. 수고하세요!

Water was leaking slightly from the bathtub stopper, and the water pressure was weak overall. The hair dryer was not working, so I requested a replacement. The staff were friendly. A very long train passed by even at night.

Clean room. Very functional. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is affordable and very convenient.

Unfortunately, my stay wasn't very pleasant. It's an extremely old hotel, with a super small room in the TV, a microwave from what looks like the 1990s, and a very tiny stand-up shower (I'm 5'4 and thought it was small). There was a bug on one of the beds when I came in and overall it didn't feel too clean. For the price, I can't recommend staying here.

Overall a decent place to stay, would recommend to friends.

Excellent central location

The hotel is overpriced. The bed was sunken in the middle.

I was greeted by a helpful front desk clerk who was able to arrange an early check-in, very grateful. The property itself was decent, some amenities like shower could have been improved. The staff all around were very friendly and the hot breakfast, was really good! Check out was also a breeze.

WiFi was inconsistent. I called the front desk and the staff were unable to help. It dropped frequently and prevented streaming services. Connection was weak. Rooms were relatively clean. Shower water pressure was weak.

It’s a fine place. Pool was closed while I was there. Bring ear plugs for the train. A good view from every window.

Overall, good. The breakfast quality compared to the price is very good. The room was very clean, and they cleaned it properly every day. The front desk staff's behavior could be better. It was not that bad, but it was not excellent either.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast station was great. Pool was under repair but we did not use it anyway. Staff was great and helped us arrange a shuttle to Banff. Excellent location. The train noise was not bad at all. Room service everyday. I would stay there again.

Should have received discount because pool and area were closed and I was informed a day before my arrival. I was excited to relax and enjoy pool.

A lovely hotel with breathtaking views all around. Very walkable to stores and restaurants and a fabulous coffee machine in the lobby. Only downfall was that the pool, hot tub and water slide were closed for renovations.
