호텔 룸 컨디션이나 서비스는 만족하지만 방에 방음이 너무 안되어 옆 객실의 소음이 다들려서 편히 쉬지 못했다. 그리고 아직 디포짓을 환불받지 못했음

Très bon hôtel

The stay was just okay. While the room rates are affordable for a Hilton property, the value is offset by the restaurant prices, which felt excessive. There are no shops or convenience stores within walking distance, so you are essentially forced to pay hotel prices for everything. If you book here, just be aware that your final bill will likely be much higher than the initial booking price.

Kamer zeer goed, elke dag werd er keurig schoongemaakt. Ontbijt ook van goede kwaliteit. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Spacious clean room with comfortable beds. Main swimming pools got busy but la Hacienda pool was quite. Dinner buffet was excellent and normal a la carte good value. Staff both friendly and helpful. Special mention to Wanda who made each dinner in the Leonforte restaurant a pleasure!

Explotado de gente, falta personal para tanta gente, el spa venido a menos, falta mantenimiento para ser relativamente nuevo bastante deteriorado y chico.

La habitación muy bien, el predio hermoso y tranquilo. Muy buen servicio del staff. Todo lo que corresponde a la categoría del lugar. Lo único a mencionar, el Lobby es MUY caluroso y el servicio del bar deja bastante que desear.

Comfortable and accesible hotel in a golf club.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas, la vista del hotel espectacular. Sin embargo me parece que el servicio del personal no estuvo muy bueno. Varias noches llamando al lobby un buen tiempo y nunca contestaron. No había nadie en la recepción. Dormimos sin aire 2 noches porque nadie nos pudo contestar. Por otro lado el concierge Franklin, muy amable y nos ayudó a solucionar muchas cosas. Mejoraría la atención de la recepción.
