Tout était parfait

Hotel Desertica is one of the nicest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. The location is 10/10, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are unique and luxury. My wife was ill for a day and the staff prepared off-menu chicken soup to make her better and provided local medicinal tea, which really helped. We had to change hotels due to availability but was so unimpressed by the alternative that we returned and spent the rest of our trip at Hotel Desertica. 5* all round!!

No spa hotel

The pool looks inviting but we did not go for a dip. We however had coffee at the poolside. Cozy seats and had small tables to put your drinks and snacks in. Staff very friendly and attentive with our needs.

O hotel é super bem localizado, o atendimento é muito bom, a decoracao é de bom gosto. O restaurante pode melhorar, experimentamos e nao deu vontade de repetir. O espaço da piscina é bonito, mas a água é escura e gelada, não convida.

Having come from another top local hotel and been rather disappointed, Desertica was a breath of fresh air. We were warmly greeted and given detailed local info by the excellent friendly warm front office person. The room was exceptional, as were the hotel grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer

Fantastic all round! The rooms are clean, spacious and decorated in a lovely way. The restaurant is excellent, the location is ideal and the staff were wonderful!

Most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at.

En fantastisk oase midt i ørkenen. Lækre hytter og top service. Stedet mindede os om Ribehøj i Denmark. Vi nød stedet meget og særligt efter nogle primitive dage i ørkenen.

O hotel é super exclusivo, com bangalôs confortáveis e agradáveis, a comida muito gostosa, café da manhã a lá carte e o atendimento impecável. A única coisa que achei de ponto negativo é a piscina não ser aquecida, estamos em um clima que chega a -5 a noite, não faz sentido ter piscina e não ser aquecida, tirei um dia de descanso pensando em aproveitar a piscina porém é impossível.

Fantastisk - ve har ca. 50 overnatninger pr. år og ser derfor mange gode hoteller som næsten alle er vurderet til 9+. Dette hotel er absolut på top 5 af de hoteller vi har besøgt 💪👏😃

Eu e meu marido fomos em lua de mel, ganhamos presente por isso. Quartos lindos e arrumados em vários períodos do dia. Ótima estrutura. Restaurante excelente, café da manhã impecável incluso. Hotel fica na rua rua principal, fizemos tudo a pé. Melhor hotel da cidade com certeza

Atendimento muito bom , cuidado com os hospedes , atencioso, localização perfeita para quem que ficar na cidade , sem barulho de bares , etc. Em 50 metros você ja esta no meio do movimento da Caracoles

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto super espaçoso e confortável. O atendimento de todos muito cordial. Café da manhã muito bom e restaurante ótimo. Estrutura do hotel completa. É uma ótima escolha para quem quer estar no Atacama em uma boa localização e com estrutura.

Espetacular

We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast was fresh and abundant, and it was great to unwind at the restaurant at night after a long day exploring this incredible part of the world. This was a late-autumn visit, so we did not swim -- but it was lovely to sit by the pool and soak in the sun for a few hours here and there. They are super-well located, just steps to everything you need. Highly recommend!
