Good place I spend just for one night but was very good, kitchen 100% good and the bed was good too :) congrats!

WiFi very spotty, not even a full signal. No hot water at 7:30 am. Sheets were stained as well as bedspread.

Todo en orden con la reserva y cerca del aeropuerto.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Tiene muy buen espacio y está muy bien equipada.

During my stay, we experienced a moderate earthquake. The hotel handled it with great professionalism and concern for safety. They made sure all the guests and staff were secure and comfortable.

Se sienten viejas las habitaciones, sobre todo cama y televisor

I loved it because it had its own kitchen with everything that you need to make your own food. you dont need any Nothing, just in groceries, awesome.

La ciudad de Guatemala ha experimentado un tráfico que obliga a personas que vivimos en ciudades cercanas a buscar una opción de hospedaje que cuando se tiene un viaje al aeropuerto muy temprano, resulte conveniente mejor hospedarse cerca del aeropuerto.

Quise mover la reserva por una emergencia y prefirieron robarse mi dinero! No vuelvo a reservar jamas
