I was very satisfied with hotel J malhi

Very disappointing experience at The Grand Ambassador. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. I would never visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Worst behavior by hotel staff.

Nice place Staff was good Apart from the point they broker into my friends suitcase lock trying to enter it and also went through my bag and stole my holiday money. Even on video it showed a long time period they took cleaning my room twice the time period they allocated usually But as usual customer isn't right May God bless them repeatedly like those who took willingly

Clean hotel and room, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Close to the train station and stores.

We had a nice stay, the hotel was nice and clean, room was clean but could have been cleaner, such as bedside lights, they were covered in dust. The bathroom was nice and clean and would advise to change the mat in the shower as it was quite rusty and filthy but other than that it was clean. We just moved the mat out the way. I was sceptical to use shower, as the initial room, the pressure was very low so we had our room changed. In the second room, the shower was much better and water was nice and hot. But overall we were happy with our stay, especially for a hotel in the midst of phagwara which was very convenient. It can be a bit loud when there's a party downstairs but we were so tired we had no problems getting to sleep, beds were very comfortable. The best part was the staff who were very friendly, attentive and very helpful. They were available 24/7 for whatever we needed so big thank you to the staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Generally the staff were friendly and polite. The room layout was a disappointment for an executive room. The fridge in the room was missing, only an empty fridge cupboard. the full length mirror was covered by one of the two chairs, the other chair was in the alley infront of the bathroom door, and infront of the window. The suitcases area and the clothes/safe cupboard was in the corner with no light in the area, making it difficult to find things especially at night.

Stayed here a few days. Good hotel, friendly staff, nice restaurant and Bar. Only negative is the water pressure in the shower and taps was very low.

This hotel hosts parties and there is no consideration for other guests. There is no sound proofing in rooms and parties were EXTREMELY loud. We did not sleep and when we complained, nothing was done. Would not recommend.
