여기서 하룻밤 묵었는데 정말 끔찍한 경험을 했습니다. 우선, 호텔에 들어갔을 때 너무 일찍 도착해서 기다려야 했습니다. 한국어를 전혀 못 하거든요. 술에 취한 남자(주인)가 와서 말을 많이 했고, 정말 무례했습니다. 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 많은 사람들에게는 매우 불편했습니다. 방에서 냄새가 심했고, 테이블 다리가 세 개밖에 없었습니다.

버스 정류장 근처입니다. 할머니가 정말 친절하셨어요. 하지만 엘리베이터가 없어서 가방을 들고 가야 하기 때문에 짐을 옮겨줄 직원이 한 명 있으면 좋을 것 같아요.

Cheap and clean, also within walking distance to Yongduam Rock and eating places. But this hotel doesn't have an elevator, so take note if you have heavy luggages. Also the place is not easy to find and Jeju's taxi drivers won't normally know this place if you mention the English name. The receptionists don't speak English.

Nice to stay in Twins Hotel. Ada beberapa alasan untuk tinggal di hotel ini di Jeju antara lain : 1) hotel mudah ditemukan. Cukup sekali naik bus dari Jeju International Airport dengan membayar 1250 won. Nah untuk nomor bus bisa dicari dengan panduan Google Map. Turun di Seomun traditional market lalu jalan kaki sekitar 5 menit dari bus stop. Untuk ke Jeju terminal atau Jeju Mal dan pasar Dongmun bisa juga tinggal jalan. 2) hotel nyaman ditinggali. Ahjuma dan Ahjusi yang menjaga hotel dapat berbahasa Inggris serta ramah. Di lobby tersedia minuman kopi (100won) dan air putih. Untuk kamar tidur lumayan luas dan bersih, ada 1 tempat tidur utama dan 1 tempat tidur tambahan, kulkas, hair dryer, lotion. Kamar mandi luas dan bersih. Air panas juga tersedia. Dengan harga yg terjangkau, hotel ini nyaman dan recommended untuk dipilih.

First come, the grandmother who was on the receptionist didn't understand about my booking, and also she can't speak english, then she go to another hotel maybe her coordinator hotel ask about my booking, luckily he can found my booking then grandmother give my a key with spacious room and convenient accommodation

Booked this hotel basically because it's near to the airport. The neighbourhood is ok plus they got a somewhat like typical Korean room and its comfortable.
