Booked a room with a king size bed ended up with a queen. No complimentary bottled water… pretty standard in 3 stars hotels No “daily tidy” such as the pickup of trash, change of towels This is a bare-bones hotel for a $187/nigth The market offers better options with more amenities

The hotel is conveniently located to a few eateries that are guaranteed to tickle your pallet! The staff is amazing and extremely down to earth making your day feel like you’re at home with family!

I booked online and it got date wrong, Lynn was so helpful and nice she fixed it and made our whole stay great!

We had an amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Madison. From check in to check out, every staff member was curious and friendly. We soon one full day at the pool, and it was peaceful and quiet. We even met some new friends from Michigan and Texas.

First room I checked into had long black hair on the floor of the bathroom and the shower stall had significant damage. The room they moved me to had poor internet service, chips in the bathroom tile floor and the PTAC unit (air conditioner) was not installed properly so condensate water kept the carpet wet and musty all the time. Not a great Marriott property.

I love the location, the bar, the restaurant and the pool. My only issue was i was locked out of my room for hours due to door lock battery died. The staff was very accommodating gave me late check out and gift cards. The staff are 10000/10 they were amazing

The staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. Property well maintained. As small as it may seem, I was disappointed I had to buy coffee. I am accustomed to Hampton, HIExpress similar business class competitors offering complimentary coffee.
